Bice Bistro

Bad service, decent food. I made dinner reservations before a concert to make sure I could eat before the show. 45 minutes after ordering we received our food. 20 minutes wait to get a salad and 25 minute wait to get our dinner. And I did not order anything that difficult. The panini was ok, but the lasagna was bland. And my fries were cold. The ceaser salad was good– but thats the only nice thing I have to say.
The table beside us (who ordered at the same time we did) was served 15 minutes before we were served. We ordered the exact same thing. They were also offered and received bread and we did not. There was a shouting match with an upset customer with a manager about 5 feet from our table. 4 tables around us got up and left before they were served due to the long wait. Some left money on the table to cover their drinks, but others did not. The staff looked hurried and stressed. The managers looked unprepared for the busy night even though there was a concert. We were emailed a warning of large crowds and bad parking so everyone tried to get in early. I felt so bad for the staff that I didn’t even complain to the manager. I wrote on thier comment card, because I honestly didn’t want to talk to someone who looked so overwhelmed.
Bice Bistro, please do better. The food was okay, and you take reservations so I would like to like you. Its hard to find someplace around Westgate to eat at before I attend a show. And this restaurant in other cities was highly rated.
