This place was a huge disappointment. I took my wife’s bike in here to find out if they could help me fix the squealing brakes and instead of bothering to try toeing in the brakes (a process I wasn’t familiar with until I called the manufacturer) they told me to return the bike or buy new tires for $ 100 because the rims were painted. I called the manufacturer who then told me that all I had to do was toe them in using a dime (which fixed the problem).
Laziness does not impress. I will not be returning.
