Best hookah place in town. Excellent customer service & good food. Their burgers are some of the best around and I always get the meat lovers omelet with house fries(not sure if it’s called meat lovers, someone correct me?). …wraps are pretty good too. Staff is super friendly + my fiancé and her friends are regulars so staff is always looking out for us. Crowd is good for the most part and a lot better than places near by.

Really nice place to eat, relaxing, reasonable prices, big plates of food, small parking lots, great services.

Wait staff seems disinterested. One waitress was in customer seating texting. Waitress conversation with cook about me taste-testing their chili could be heard in the dining area. It wasn’t terrible depending on what you compare it to, it just seemed a little unprofessional and somewhat drab. I keep thinking not a far cry from Dairy Queen. The food seemed okay. Maybe I just didn’t feel welcome.

Corner Bistro is one of our all time favorite lunch spots for my coworkers and myself. We dine in or take out at least a couple times a month. The food is always fresh, quality and delish!!! It is reasonably priced and parking is easy so you can get in and out pretty quickly. Our all time favorite is the cabbage salad with chicken. It is a generous portion, super healthy and never disappoints. I am also in love with their beef dip sandwich(to me it’s better than Morton’s)!! Give it a try if you are in the area!

Not too many places are open late in this area of town. The breakfast burrito is good. It’s the only thing I’ve tried and I’ve had it twice. The green salsa is good too. It’s served hot which is funny but it works. The only thing that bums me out is when I ordered it to go, the hot salsa gets poured into plastic cups. The cup was warped by the heat so all I could think of was that I was getting melted plastic in my food. I hope they adopt putting the hot stuff into paper to-go containers rather than plastic or styrofoam.

Dion was great. All the staff were friendly with attentive service. Hookahs were smooth with free refills. And they were pet friendly

Just ordered delivery for the chicken panini, chicken tenders and spaghetti… And our favorite was the spaghetti, hands down! It’s topped with cheesy goodness… And paired with delicious garlic bread … I would definitely recommend that dish!!! it doesn’t have the typical marinara, which means it’s not super tangy, so look out for that!

We are regulars here. Staff is so nice. Especially Tony and Hormoz. The waitresses are awesome and sweet. We always have a good time here. Great food, great hookah. I recommend Gilani. Great glass hookah and it even comes with a free refill. I have been here at least more than 30 times and will continue to come back for fun, pleasure, and even to study. They will always accommodate any of your needs and make sure everything is to your liking. They also have indoor and outdoor seating. Love this place!

Ended my shift at midnight and was on the hunt for some non fast food grub. My sister says that this place has great breakfasts, which I have yet to try. They were 10 minutes from closing time and the kitchen was being cleaned. Carlos(in the back) likely saw the famished look on my face and reopened up the kitchen. BESOS! I ordered the vegetable panini with sweet fries(sweet potato). It was delicious. The vegetable panini had squash, zucchini, and eggplant(I’m pretty sure) in it. I wanted something really light for my late night bite. My only complaint is that they could have gone easy on the butter. BUT I’m reluctant to complain because they did me a favor by even taking my order. Will I come back here?.. absolutely! I want to try their breakfast. They have hookah available outdoors. If you aren’t into that smell, I would recommend you not come here at night. The smoke travels to inside seating. Overall, great food selection and friendly staff. give it a try! Pro Ample parking and it is away from the congested/hectic part of Glendale

This place is averaging 3.5 stars? Well, I guess it’s not the most extravagant diner in the Southland, but then again neither am I, so I’m not complaining. Two eggs and crispy bacon with fruit and dry wheat toast is all that was needed to meet the baseline of 3.5 stars. HOWEVER, I like the location and the feeling of yesteryear inside Café Corner Bistro. I’m a sucker for 1970’s wood paneling( Unilocal fluff). The service is as warm as the weekend guitarist who was strumming pleasant holiday music on his guitar. The coffee is typical of a diner — served fresh and hot. Plenty of parking on a private lot to boot. So, if you’re tired of waiting in line at that stuffy breakfast joint that gets 4.5 stars for its $ 15 omelettes and limited seating, then tell them to put your name down for next weekend and give Café Corner Bistro a try. Mention my name; they don’t know me.

Pretty meh sandwich. Sadly undercooked french fries. They didn’t have my first three choices for beers(all listed on their menu as «available on tap»), and brought me the wrong variety of my fourth choice(same brewery, wrong beer). Good thing we were just killing time before a «wine and paint» event that was held on their patio, otherwise I’d be quite disappointed. You’ll have better luck at Denny’s, I promise.

First time here. I love it. I came here right after Halloween party at Pierre Garden restaurant, had drink there –kamikaze, and food here. Beautiful place, people are nice here :) I mean employees. Food is great. I ordered Chilli cheese fries, since is to late eat heavy food. I like it. And also I ordered water and got it in bottle, which is nice and clean. I’ll be back for sure. I will share with my friends too about this place.

Absolutely love coming here for breakfast! I get seated right away and the staff is very nice! I usually order the vegetarian omelette but this time I got the eggs Benedict with bacon instead of ham and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are extremely reasonable as well! If you’re going to come here for lunch or dinner I suggest the turkey club sandwich… It is to die for!

I’ve only been once, and I love this place. Headed there today for lunch and hopefully again soon for some hookah which I believe is $ 20. I had the captain crunch French toast and oooooohhhhhmyyy goodness it had to of been the best French toast I’ve ever had. Slightly different in texture than most I’ve had before(I eat French toast everywhere I go). Thinking about trying the chicken panini today, I shall report back. I also saw that someone had mentioned the waitresses can be «rude», well here’s the truth. My waitress last visit was Eastern European, we all know that bubbly emotion is not their forte lol. And I’ll just leave it at that.

I hadn’t been here for years(since previous ownership) but I revisited a few days ago and it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. Service was inconsistent. During the first half of our visit the staff was very attentive but as it became more crowded, the service dwindled and hardly anyone checked on our table. Food seems just fine, I don’t think much has changed with that from past ownership. However, they need to work on the hookah. It didn’t last as long as it should have and they should come by with new charcoal more than once every 2.5 hours. Also, get rid of the hookah«surcharge» I would rather they just add a tip to the entire bill and call it a day. A suggestion, don’t tell your customers they can’t sit at certain tables when the place is nearly empty. I watched two people walk out because they were told to sit at a smaller table. They wanted to order food and wanted a larger table. I would have done the same. Minor changes and this place could be great.

Wanting to do something local and quick after church one Sunday, took the fam here as I’ve passed it nearly 100 times since moving into the area and was curious to see what this place was about. It’s a pretty standard American food café with a fairly large menu and had a decent amount of folks in the restaurant. A good neighborhood café. Maybe I’m weird, but I don’t like having to seat myself. I sort of prefer the luxury of someone taking me to a table and then if I don’t like it, asking to go somewhere else. When having small kids, it’s a bit tricky to have to traipse around the restaurant checking with the wife if she thinks a table is good. Service was a bit on the slow side, but not star removing. I tried the club with fries which I enjoyed. They had cheese on it which was new but I love cheese so more power to me. The wife’s panini looked good and the kid’s scarfed down their grilled cheese sandwich. I’m sad this turns into a hookah lounge at night. Sort of off-putting for a restaurant that feels like it could have been a small family run business since the 1950’s. I’d probably rate it higher and become a more frequent patron if this wasn’t the case.
