Here it’s a shop for teens, pre– teens and kids rite today I went to shop celebrating my daughters best friends birthday, the bday girl had too pee I ask the associate«Nicole«for a bathroom turns she said«there’s no bathroom here» unfortunately my kid pee on her self I ask again to Nicole if there’s some where were I could change her she answer me with a attitude because she was busy talking on the stores phone and also txt on her iPhone she said«I don’t know what to tell you, I already told you can’t let nobody got back there, there’s a bathroom if you want to use» I said«oh nice first there’s no bathroom my kid pees on her self because you said there’s no bathroom but now after she pee on her self there’s a bathroom and I get a attitude«we all know atlas park it’s really never busy, for me to get this treatment also it’s suppose to b kind of high end mall but yet this Nicole treated me with a attitude and with some slang !!! If this shop it’s about kids children pre teen or ect how come doesn’t have a bathroom I’m guessing the employees never have needs also Nicole it’s lucky that my girls really wanted something from this shop other wise I wouldn’t purchase what they wanted …

It used to be nice coming here(5 years ago) But since they moved within the mall, the staff has been well uh, unstructured? Walking in here the first time since they moved, I noticed that I wasn’t greeted at the door, I wasn’t even acknowledged until I had more than three things in my hand(20 minutes) and I was soon offered a basket. I was not told about any specials, and the two young girls behind the counter were talking about how hungover they felt and how they forgot to make a deposit?: shrugs shoulders: A month later, I came in here, and again was not acknowledged that I was there. How hard is it to say«hi!? They girls were moving stuff around in the store and were not paying attention to me. I waited at the counter with my buy 1, get 1 hair barrettes for a good solid 5 minutes, until I asked for someone to ring me up please. Several months later… I come back with my little guest, and once again, not greeted. My little guest and I walk around to look at all the new shiny, glittery, things that were out for the Spring/Summer, as we hear some girls come into the store, speak to the employees about the piercings, and get piercings, on each other. Isn’t there a, um, procedure for that? The employees were stealing! From their own job, especially with someone in the store? Are you dumb? I felt uncomfortable, interrupted the piercing and asked to be rung up, so I can leave.
