Ice cream is good as usual, but service sucks. And if you have a coupon you better print it out or they won’t take it… AKA: COLDSTONE HATES TREES.

A Cheescake Named Desire! Need I say More! Love it! But Im giving it 3 stars because it was afternoon and employees seemed kind of lazy, bothered or maybe tired but Hey we all have our days. Still love your Cakes and Icecream.

On Friday night I called to order a birthday cake for my sister. I needed it for the next day The manager Eric helped assisted me with every detail. He was on point with everything. I am very impressed by the courteous & professional treatment that I received. We picked up the cake at the scheduled time. It was a gorgeous cake! This was amazing and all of the guest loved it. Overall a wonderful experience! I recommend this location to all. My family and I are now loyal customers! Thanks
(Ps one reason for my sparkling review is that I had a bad experience with the crossbay blvd Coldstone location who couldn’t accommodate my order)

I generally enjoy Cold Stone creations, but this location is often out of things (seriously no cones/​strawberries) and often short staffed. Long waits after a post movie rush. I can’t rate decent ice cream too low (I mean it’s still non-​truck ice cream), but this locale leaves a lot to be desired. Sitting on the balcony in the summer though while you eat it, especially while there are concerts on the lawn, is a decent past time.

I have been here a couple of times. The first time, they just made the entirely wrong thing for me. As the guy was handing it to me he was like, ohhh… this isn’t what you ordered… do you want this? I ended up taking it and it was excellent, I think it was cheesecake something something. I always get birthday cake remix and I said, yeah, let me try something else for once.
Then I was here a couple of weeks ago to grab ice cream before seeing the movie Neighbors. There was only one girl working. This poor girl had to do everything herself and the service was so. slow. We must have waited over 20 minutes, and there were only two people in front of us. Honestly the birthday cake remix that I always get was kind of melty and had too many brownie bits in it. It seems ridiculous to complain about TOO MANY BROWNIES but… I can’t help how I feel.

Didnt think you can get food poisoning from ice cream! My mom sis and I had a bad case! They were running out of ice cream and some have been soft too probably they repeatedly thawed and froze the ice cream allowing bacteria to thrive. Will mever go back to this cold stone in atlas mall again! Never plus a bunch of teens work there they are super slow at service please shut it down or get new people.

The bake waffles on the spot! The waffles crust for the ice cream. Wide variety of flavors. They do make ice cream cake, yes ! a real store that makes ice cream cake on orders !
The place smell really good from the waffles baking. The smoothies taste really great and healthy.

Dear Coldstone,
Why? First and foremost, this really hurts me. Coldstone, you are my favorite place to go to get ice cream. You can’t go wrong with cheesecake or cake batter with white chocolate, Reece’s, caramel, and almonds. Coldstone, why when I came to visit you last night did you only have four flavors? No worries though, I saw one of those flavors was cake batter. We’re good! Then when I go to order you tell me the cake batter is too soft to be served. I was heart broken. I was devastated. I couldn’t even move as I sat down in one of your empty chairs after hearing the bad news. How was I to walk that half-​mile back that I’d walked to come see you now that I wasn’t going to get my fix? It pains me to even type about you right now Coldstone. Three, Coldstone! Seriously?! …three flavors?! You can’t be serious!
(sigh) Okay, I think I’m over it and can move past this transgression. This morning is a new day, and last night is now in the past. Hopefully we can make-​up soon for an update sometime in the near future.

Serves it’s purpose. The service here is ok.
The ice creams are great and there’s outdoor seating on the balcony that oversees the shops.

The ice cream is good. On the night I went, there seemed to be more ice cream missing from the freezer than there was inside the freezer. The place looks like it could use a nice cleaning. The prices are OK.

Well this Cold Stone is pretty much like all the rest. Overpriced! The ice cream and combos are ok. It’s good to see that there is some training that goes into teaching their employee how to mix their combos’s up. On the plus side you can have them then go watch a movie or shop around.

Came here a few times for some ice cream. It’s pricy, but the staff is friendly and make your ice cream pretty quick. Since it’s in Atlas Park, expect a lot of young kids hanging out in and around it, but its not too bad.
FYI, the marshmallows are ALWAYS stale.
