First time trying a crêpe here while visiting The Americana. I had a craving for something sweet and walked by Crepemaker. They have savory to sweet crepes that sound delicious on the menu. I ordered the Dulce Crêpe which was so delicious. Their Dulce de Leche syrup was perfect on top of bananas and strawberries. I really wanted to try a savory pesto crêpe but just had dinner beforehand. Can not wait to come back for more next time I’m here!

The crepes are eehh the best part being the pre made ingredients stuffed in them. The crêpe itself was overdone and dry. Don’t waste your time, money or appetite on this place. The food isn’t worth it and the service is beyond disgusting. When I couldn’t hear the tall overweight guy with glasses over the music he thought it was perfectly acceptable to scream at me instead of actually approaching the window and speaking to me like a human being.

I’m very disappointed with the crêpe I have received. I absolutely love crêpe especially with it being dessert! I have tried their crepes here before, so this is not my first time. I ordered the«to die for» which comes with cheesecake, strawberry and banana drizzled with Nutella and we also added vanilla ice cream. I was expecting my crêpe to be like a ice cream cone shape like how it was last time which can be easily held in one hand, but it was not. It was served on a plate, flat, and when I looked inside, it looked like they didn’t put in any effort into making it. Also, the crêpe wasn’t fully wrapped. It looked more like a taco. It was also hard to actually enjoy the crêpe. I had to rip off edges of the crêpe and then use a fork to eat the strawberries/banana. So I’m only giving 3 stars for its presentation and I could’ve enjoyed the crêpe better if they served it with the crêpe standing right up straight. That’s how you enjoy all the flavors with each bite than having to pick at it. The last time I came here was months ago, but during that time it was more like a cone shaped and that’s how I enjoyed my crepes. Overall, I don’t think I will be coming back here for crepes. If you want legit bomb crêpe, go to Crêpe Coop at the Anaheim packing district. Kind of far, but so worth the drive!

Very delicious and juicy, a quick bite and accessible location in the heart of Glendale and an upcoming area. This is a delicious spot to come to, I was on a lunch break nearby and decided to stop by. I ordered the chicken pesto crêpe. I asked the cashier what was the most popular item and he recommended it. Do I agree with this dude, it was so yummy filling and well made. I highly recommend this small but gem location. Four star rating is due to available seating in the outdoor area. Bring a friend to watch out for low seating in the outdoor general area. «It’s what I did.» And we quickly found a place to eat. Yum Now go get your crepes ! !

Beware of UNPROFESSIONAL staff member! Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this place. Today an employee hurled obscenities out towards me while I was waiting for my order. I had my back turned and was unknowingly standing in front of the door. Instead of kindly asking me to step aside or notifying me that they were passing through, I received some verbage that was totally out of line and unacceptable. As a paying customer I do not expect to get cussed at, especially after we already gave them about $ 40 in business. I immediately confronted the staff member and asked if he treated all his customers this way. His excuse was«I’m sorry, it’s hot outside». SMH. Lastly the smoothie we ordered was ¾ full and there was barely any chicken in our chicken crêpe. Take your business elsewhere people.

Extremely disappointed. I used to live in LA and I always came here to the movies here in the promenade just to have a crêpe after. I now live in Pomona, drive way out here just have a crêpe after a movie and they tell me they are closed! They clearly state here that they are open until midnight. I come in at 11, after the movie end. I’m waiting by the ordering window and the dudes just counting the register cash and completely ignoring me. I knock on the window and I ask them if they are open. He says there closed and I ask why if you close at midnight. Dude says boss said close 1 hour earlier. Remember I came at 11 and they had all equipment put away already, meaning they had most likely started packing up 2 hours before midnight. I just wanted a strawberry and banana crêpe people! So pissed! This is the third time this has happened!

I try to explore a new crêpe. So I really need some help for the Crepemaker or the guy that took my order! He’s really rudeness and get mad when I asked a question of crepes. I had no idea about my question can piss him off. I feel very bad. Then when I get my crêpe another Crepemaker asked me How Are you today? He was nice so different and I let him know I’m not okay with the service. I don’t know his name. But sever that took my order I think his name Omar. I saw it on the receipt.

They have excellent crepes as well as excellent customer service. Michael took my order and was super nice that I tipped him $ 5! He was very quick and informative with all the crêpe ingredients. He memorizes all the ingredients on the menu which helps because im a vegetarian! I ordered a green kale juice which was really great and they use real vegetables. I also want to point out the person who made my crêpe. It was delicious. He had colored tattoos and glasses. I wish I knew his name to give him props. Thanks guys!

This has been my favorite crêpe place for a while now. However, I just had a terrible experience. I like to come on Thursdays for a buy one get one half off, so when the guy at the register charged us full price, I asked him about their Thursday deal. He looked at me confused and said they didn’t have that anymore so I was like ok that’s fine… THEN i get my crêpe and it is TERRIBLE. It hardly had any fruit or Nutella l, I felt like I was eating just the thin pancake alone. I am very disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before placing my order. Eric was the guy that took my order… And he was apparently having a bad day. While I was waiting I decided that I didn’t want what I ordered. Eric could have spit in it, or something else. Yuk! The only positive was that they gave me money back.

Deliciousness! This is a «small» Dulce Treat Crêpe. It’s more than big enough to share but you won’t want to! So good! The freshly made crêpe is nice and fluffy, the fruit was also fresh and tasty. CrepeMaker is settled near the fountain at The Americana at Brand. It’s beautiful atmosphere is a place where you can sit for hours and not realize where the time went. I would definitely come back again to enjoy more crepes while I relax and watch the fountain and listen to music.

Me and my fiancé ordered the combo meal, philly cheese steak crêpe and red and black nutella crêpe. There’s nothing special about this place. My fiancé love their philly cheese steak though. The staff specially the guy wearing a chef uniform wasn’t friendly at all. So it’s just a plain crêpe place.

With my unfavorable review of the Americana at Brand, you’re probably wondering why I was there again. I met up with friends there — initially to watch a movie but then ended up just hanging out having dessert. Dessert from Crepemaker; one of the food carts in the courtyard, next to the pizza joint. Service is painfully slow depending on who is taking the order. The person who took mine, must be new or a challenged because it’s not difficult to key in an order into a machine and accept payment as well as provide change. At least it’s not for me. They are friendly though. The prices are little steep, for what’s offered but it is what it is. I could just as easily went somewhere else so you won’t catch me complaining more than just the mere mention of their prices. I opted for the Rocky Road and it was ok. I felt it was too heavy on the marsh-mellows and not enough ice cream. I did like how the crêpe was rolled into a cone so you could hold it or you could lay it flat and eat it like a pancake. I opted for the latter. Side note — if you choose to eat in the tables in front of the cart, and if you don’t like roaches, you may want to eat somewhere else. It was entertaining watching people jump and« Unilocal» no pun intended, when they noticed them.

After spending so much time looking and eventually buying shoes at Nordstrom, CrepeMaker caught my eye. I figured I would treat my better half and I to some crepes since I haven’t had one in a long time. Plus, I have a sweet tooth and need an excuse to have something sugary all the time. I actually was a bit excited because who doesn’t love crepes?! We ordered a small Banana Nutella crêpe and a Nutty Caramel Apple crêpe. I would like to point out that the small size is actually really small! Had we known the size, we probably would have just ordered a regular! It tasted good though I would’ve liked the nutella to be a bit more melted. I’m not sure if the crêpe wasn’t hot enough when they put everything together. I was in the mood for some apples so I got the Nutty Caramel Apple. This was disappointing on so many levels. Again, the caramel wasn’t that melted. It was almost like they made the crêpe and let it sit there and cool off. It didn’t even really hold it’s shape when I got my order. To top it off, the apples were cold. So, it was not an enjoyable experience. I’m use to crepes that hold their folded shape and have an inside that’s at least warm. I ended up opening my crêpe and eating everything separately. How sad… I would’ve given this location only 1 star, but the staff was pretty courteous and friendly. However, the crepes were just not wroth it with the taste and quality in my opinion. I would’ve been better off getting crepes some where else.

After dinner at the Americana, we stumbled upon this place. Located across from Calvin Klein and by the grass area is a little green kitchen vessel. «I just wanna take a look to see what they have… OMG. THEYHAVENUTELLACREPES! I want one.» So I ordered the triple treat. First I said large, then changed it to small because I got to excited and almost forgot I was full from dinner. Triple treat: bananas, strawberries, and Nutella. The crêpe paper was a bit crunchy, I like mine a little chewy with a little crunch. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it. The cool part is they wrap your crêpe like a burrito so you can actually eat it while walking around. No need for plates or forks! Very innovative.

Crepes are wonderful! There is no doubt about it. A lot of establishments can be hit or miss though. I really enjoyed the crêpe from The Crêpe Maker! Stopped by The Crêpe Maker to get coffee. I wasn’t planning on getting a crêpe but when I saw the list of dessert crepes I couldn’t resist. There were several dessert crepes that caught my eye but I went with Grandma’s Apple Pie. GAP had everything I could ever want in a crêpe. It had apples, cinnamon, walnuts, caramel, vanilla bean ice cream, and whipped cream all wrapped up in a crêpe. It was enough for two to share. I loved it! I also ordered a nutella moccacino. It wasn’t as sweet as I’d hoped for but I added some splenda and then it was just right. It was the perfect temperature. I like that they use Groundworks organic coffee. I truly liked how it was a small, stand alone establisment in front of the fountain at The Americana. I sat down and was able to listen to music and watched the synchronized water fountain display. It’s a nice way to take a break while shopping or wandering around. The cashier was really nice! Great place for coffee and crepes.

CrepeMaker is meh… They’re situated smack-dab in Americana plaza, alongside the park and fountain. They have a lot to choose from, and you have the option to choose a small or large crêpe for the majority of them. I got the«To Die For» Crêpe. It wasn’t anything special, with a lot of empty space within the crêpe. The chunk of cheesecake was pretty much frozen, so you had to pickax your way, bit by bit, and even then it felt like shaving a block of ice with a butter knife. Pricing is alright, but it doesn’t seem worth it when ordering a crêpe.

I was obviously an inconvenience, and the cashier’s attitude only reinforced that. I can at break time I guess, since the staff was enjoying a meal and good conversation. My crêpe did not feel or taste like creeps I have elsewhere. Too crunchy and cracking. Overstuffed made it a big mess and I had to toss it ½ through. But, it was what it was. I picked the place with no line. Now I know why. Finally, it did not feel very sanitary. I want the glass windows covered, so I don’t see the kitchen conditions. They think the gloves are to protect them, but it’s to protect me. They touch everything, and make my food. Arg… I’ll stand in line elsewhere next time.

mmm tastes so good~! My friend order For To Die. And I ordered the small Raspberry Chicken. Both are good. One sweets one entrée. The chicken one has veggie, fruit and walnuts inside, perfectly blended with the marinated chicken by raspberry sauce. Warmed on the crepes machine for a while. Yum! And the naturally brewed iced tea, i love that. It doens’t have lots of sugar added, so it’s refreshing with the crepes. You can see them making it from the window. And eat it in the garden in the warm SoCal sunshine with the relaxing background music from the Grove. Nothing can get better that this: D
