Del Taco

Everybody here is always so nice and the food comes out quick and hot. A lady was just in here, claiming that she was waiting 10 minutes to have her order taken (it wasn’t even 3 minutes!) then said she didn’t think she should have to pay because she waited so long. Some people with their entitlements make me FURIOUS! But the staff handled her calmly and with a smile. Good thing I don’t work here… But good on them for dealing with it how they did. 5 stars!

This is a warning out to anybody in a hurry. This place has the same 1 person working the cash register, the drive thru, help putting food in the bag, and partial preparation. I waited 25 minutes to get my order and had to wait 12 minutes in line in front of 3 people. Total 37 minutes. This person would start taking an order then leave in the middle of it to attend to the drive thru. Then would go put stuff in bags without even thinking of me. Finally after a few minutes comes back to me during the order. The owner of this franchise needs to hire more help. Say like 3 more people. It’s a complete embarrassment for a chain like Del Taco to have 1 person working everything other than the one cooking.

Fair warning — this is not «fast» food. Waited in the drive thru for 25 mins with only two cars in front of us for a very small order.

I just came up to order, the girl working the drive thru was crying. Apparently the ass holes who own this del taco don’t staff enough people. 2 people weekend nights. The girl was overwhelmed. The owners should be shot. I’ve been in the drive through for 45 min. Something seriously wrong here. Poor staff! Are we in Nazi Germany? Seriously!!!

Came here 10÷15÷15 10:51 pm when they change shifts. I was in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes waiting for 2 tacos! The cashier & manager see me looking at them and the manager smiles at me and leave my order on the counter!
This incompetent female manager has no regards for other people’s time.
Only after I reminded the next shift cashier that I’m have been waiting for 15 min already, I got my order in 2 seconds.
And now I’m late for work, thanks Del Taco!

Decided to feed my occasional Del Taco craving, and madeca shocking discovery! While reviewing my receipt, i notticed that they overcharged me 10 cents on each item I ordered (compared to the posted munu prices.) When I pointed the discrepancy out to the staff, not only was I NOT offered a refund, I was told there was nothing they coukd do about it, and that they would let the store manager know. Although it’s only 30 cents (plus tax) to me, there were several other customers that ordered similar items while I was there, and were charged the same overage. Someone’s getting a nice bonus here! How shady!!!

I drove thru three hours ago, and got the wrong burrito. I was already hungry and didn’t have enough time on my lunch break so I didn’t bother returning. I ordered Chicken Chipotle ranch but got something with beans and avocados which I absolutely hate.

Yet another fantastic visit to Del Taco in Burbank! These employees are the kindest, happiest employees I’ve ever seen as a team. Great job management! Thank you for a continued smile on my fave and a great lunch!

I just go through the drive thru here, although I believe I’ve been inside once or twice. I’ve had pretty good experiences at this Del Taco. They have a big parking lot, the drive thru staff is pretty good, and they’re friendly. And they are good at getting your order correct. It is fast food after all, but that being said, for what it is, it’s pretty good.

One time a girl working there said they didn’t do bold… I try not going back but since it is the closest Del taco I have no other choice

So I came here at night with my friend and the worker never took my order. He just left the counter after I was waiting at the registerer and then went outside to go sweep and ignored me after I said excuse me. And he didn’t take my order so I went to the one on alameda and glenoaks.

By far the worst del taco I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here numerous times because I live nearby and it’s always, without fail, complete shit. Last night it not only took me 20 minutes to get my order when there was only ONE car in front of me, but also the employee confirmed my order 3 times, then proceeded to fuck it up anyways. Asked for my burrito bold and well done and it sounded like they had no idea what I was talking about and then it came out wrong, of course. I also asked for well done fries and they gave me some shit that taste like it was from 3 days ago and ice cold which is not only the polar opposite, but would make even the most sensible person want to burn this piece of shit place to the ground. This is why idiot fast food workers shouldn’t get paid $ 15 an hour like they’ve been bitching about. Definitely never going back.

Food was good employees were pretty helpful and you can actually understand them unlike Taco Bell so all in all go here because there tacos are pretty beast.

Good. Warm food, timely, clean. They just don’t go the extra mile to make my order the way I like it. Need to learn from the Encinitas, Temecula, and San Diego branches (near the sports arena). Piping hot and just the way I ask for it without making it complicated.

Driving around the other day, I realized something. After driving past a Del Taco on Alameda and then heading down San Fernando, I spotted, lo and behold, another Del Taco. What strange magic was this? A land of readily available, affordable, drive-​thru-​able fish tacos for me to whet my fancy whenever, nearly wherever it may arise! El Dorado! The land of milk and honey!
But then I come to discover, the fish tacos are for lent only.
What.
From the city of gold to the Bermuda Triangle — A sirens song recalling those delicious fish tacos leading you to tragedy! Why must the best thing on your menu be seasonal?
Still, I suppose I have a few more weeks to take advantage of the offer.

Its 11pm. You have no food at home. Restaurants in the area are closed and your stomach is grumbling. What do you do? Del Taco to the rescue!
Service: Fast and I haven’t had a unfriendly person.
Special right now: 3 of the .49 tacos for a dollar. No need to be fancy. Taco tues and taco thurs. 3 to 11pm.
Food:
1) I like the chicken soft tacos because they are awesome and cheap.
2) Must try their Strawberry Lemonade. I have to FORCE myself NOT to stop by for that drink. Perfectly sugary and tart. o
3) Cheap deals for quesidilla & tacos with drink.
4) Dessert craving? They have fried cheesecake & churros!
Really just all around for junky fast food cravings Del Taco always hits the spot.
