Dr. Cellular will fix your broken phone for a good price. However if you’re phone comes back not working after they fix it, you are still responsible for payment. I had a cracked glass screen which was fixed properly. Within the repair however, the phone came back not working 100%. A couple of the key buttons for the use of the phone were not working when the phone was returned after repair. It was working when I dropped the phone off with the cracked screen. When I got my phone back after the repair, I was happy to see the screen fixed, but disappointed after I found out that it wasn’t repaired properly. They fixed the phone fast, but not to appropriate standards. I wouldn’t say don’t use Dr. Cellular’s service, it’s effective, yet I’m not satisfied with the outcome my experience. I could have avoided the $ 50 fee all together and had a working phone or just replaced it without repair. Now I have to scrap my phone and buy a new one. Expensive lesson, don’t drop your smart phone!
