Just wanted to say the two gentleman working on Saturday 2.6.16 were great. They weren’t just trying to get me to buy a product that I wasn’t sure of, but was very informative on new products. When I’m ready to upgrade, I’ll make the extra drive here to purchase.

Good guy Chris helping me with all my questions and my very last Verizon bill. Amazing, friendly and speedy customer service. All the employees personally helped and made sure I was taken care of. Best Sprint store I’ve been to in AZ!

My speaker stopped working on my phone and I went to this location not knowing it was not a repair location. Even though it wasn’t a repair location the guy who helped me was super nice. He said he had worked at a repair location before and he not only fixed my phone but he showed me what to do if I had any more trouble with it. He even went above and beyond to show me the ins and outs of my warrantee with otter box AND answered all of my questions regarding the signals lately and the new towers. He made good recommendations without being pushy or a typical sales man. Overall I was so pleased with the experience. I just wish I could remember the guys name that helped me out. Two thumbs up to this store. :)
