Have you been to a DD before? If you’ve been to one DD, you’ve pretty much been to them all. This DD is typically not crowded unless you have found yourself in the morning rush. I’ve always had prompt, good service with equally good coffee and food. The only downside is that if you end up driving to this location, don’t expect to find parking right out front. There’s more metered parking just on the next block though.

This location is one of the best Dunkin Donuts franchises I have ever been to. I go away to school and the quality of coffee that exists at this location, just can’t be found anywhere else. Everytime I come here I am greeted with a smile, and the workers even have my order down to a «usual», this crew is exceptional :)

This is your average dunkin donuts. It’s large and clean, but nothing really special about it.

It’s Dunkin Donuts so it’s pretty consistent. This location is clean and the staff is friendly and fast. There’s also Baskin Robbins at this location so that’s even better. If you’re getting a cake be very clear and specific as sometimes they have issues with placement.

I ordered a medium French Vanilla with Splenda and milk with a turkey sausage, egg english muffin after going to the shitty McDonalds across the street and not getting anything. This DD is no better but the service was faster. However, the workers there speak in a whipser and have heavy accents. Bad combination. I can get over that if the coffee was good. Alas, the coffee sucked. Burnt and bitter. The breakfast sandwich was good.

Food is always good but the service is always bad. Very confusing with service and if you are fortunite luckey enough you may get someone that understands english. If you go bring your patience.

Not a whole lot of variables to consider in rating a Dunkin’ Donuts, but here goes: * the donuts and coffee are nice and fresh, always * the people who work here are quick, and tend not to screw up orders * the place is spotlessly clean * they also have a Baskin Robbins, which is the only ice cream place in Glendale when Artisanal Creamery is closed from September to April. * the clientele is generally good about clearing tables in a timely fashion. I’ve been to a lot of DDs where the same people hang out and monopolize the seating all day long. So…add that up and 4 stars.
