Teens love this place. It’s cheap and packed with variety. It’s too much for me with everything crammed together. I only like it for my wallet since I am usually paying. I really can’t stand the loud music. Bring your earplugs. Staff is ok. Can’t imagine they live working here dealing with all the teens.

If I need something cheap that’s cute, I check here. Notice that I didn’t say inexpensive, I said cheap. They have some really cute clothes, but they’re made so flimsy that after a couple of washes they either have holes or they’re shrunk terribly awkward! This place could be way more awesome if their clothes were made better. Only time shall tell.

When I am looking for a relatively inexpensive trendy dress, I always check Forever 21. Of course, you need a good hour– or more — to look through the racks. There is SOMUCH merchandise in the store, it can be very overwhelming if you are not prepared. Sizing is odd. I have purchased items that are a size small to a large. Sometimes you find things that are REALLY cheap and other times the price tag may surprise you(hence the«relatively inexpensive»). Often times, dresses/skirts are much shorter than you may think so be sure to try on the clothes. Also, it’s good to try everything on because a return = store credit only! Items like shirts don’t hold up well after several wash and wears. Over the years I have purchases a few shirts and I felt they were«disposable» — cute to wear a few times and then they went into my bag of donation goods because they get all weird and misshapen. Read tags carefully. You’ll find that the nicer items(dresses) actually say«do not wash» or «dry clean only.» I will wear them a couple times and then get them dry cleaned; I’ve found that my dresses have held up well over the years. When it first opened, this place was a complete disaster — merchandise all over the floor, not enough sales associates, basically it looked like a tornado went through. There have definitely been improvements the past few times I’ve strolled through the store. Displays are much neater and organized, and the piles on the floor are few and far between. Good job, Forever 21, on your recent improvements. I’ll continue to wander through every now and again to check out the trendy items and stop by if I’m on a mission for a new and exciting piece to add to my wardrobe.

It’s a pretty sad thing when everybody knows that almost all Forever 21 stores are overcrowded, overwhelming, and consistently have clothes all over the floor or unfolded. I have found the rare dress or shirt here, but you have to be really careful. This most recent time, I saw items on the racks that were already pilling. Usually they save that for at least after the first wear. Don’t think about exchanging anything or getting a refund either. They don’t care. Also, I’ve never known a store to reference Bible verses on the bottom of their bags, especially since their return policy isn’t very Christ-like.

Going into this store, you know what type of quality you’re going to be getting: cheap, thin, and junky clothes. This is the kind of place you go to for those faddish, trendy items that will probably be out of style within a few months to a year. However, this review is not about the entire company, but about this particular location. Whenever I’ve been in this store(which I have stopped coming to), I always have to shop off of the floor. This place looks as if an ape ran in and went crazy with all of the clothing on the floor and being thrown over the racks. I understand that they have a large inventory, but there is no need to put the entirety of the stock on the racks/shelves at once. It would be a much better idea to keep a few sizes of one item out at once, and when it starts getting low, to restock them. Most of the time, there is so much crap on the racks that it is impossible to slide the hangers on the rods because everything is jammed in there. I can only imagine how long it must take to close the place at night with the cleaning regimen that should be followed. Having worked in a mall retail store before, I do understand how difficult it is to keep a large store tidy, but I’m convinced that that store has never been neat and orderly. If I’m going to buy something from Forever 21, I now just do it online. It saves me so much trouble.

This place is only good for cheaply made, trendy clothes. If you want a party dress or an occasional shiny star tee or hoodie, then Forever 21 is your place. The clothes don’t last too long after a couple of washes; the accessories don’t last long either. You can only get store credit when you return anything. The sizing is horrible and the store is always a mess, one thing I do is I check the store online I write down the item number and then I call the store to see if they have it(if they do) available and ask them to put it aside for me so that I don’t have to deal with the mess and the people.
