I have been to Kilwins three times since they’ve open and I am always impressed with the service I get while I’m there. I am greeted right away, usually they even offer to give me a sample of something while I’m browsing. The smell of chocolate when you walk in is probably the best part. What stands out to me the most is the staff-they’re genuine, friendly and let me know the specials without making me feel pressured. I hadn’t heard of this store until it came to Bayshore, but I’m glad they did. I will always come back to a store where the people treat you well!

Growing up in Michigan I’m glad this place is here. Quality chocolates, fudges, and caramels. Like most hand made chocolates, it’s spendy, but worth it.

Mmmmm chocolate! This was my first time at this location. It is rather small compared to the one in Lake Geneva. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They asked if I needed help as I probably looked like a kid in a candy store! :) I decided on getting a couple of cashew tuttles and pecan tuttles. So good! The cashier also offered me a free taste of fudge. I tried the sea salt milk chocolate. It was creamy and just the right amount of sea salt. This made my day!

Poor customer service. The owner made a chocolate milk shake that was the consistency of chocolate milk. I asked if he could thicken it up? He declined stating it had the appropriate amount of ice cream. I asked for a refund and was denied.

Service, and the fudge was great, but after 45 mins sitting out side, a employee came out and told us our time was up and we had to move on? we were just getting ready to purchase more fudge to take home, but after we were told move on we felt our money was not wanted, and WILL not buy there ever AGAIN!

Stopped in to Kilwins in Bayshore today for the first time. The store looked nice, the sales pweson helpful. I tasted their sea salt fudge and it was marginal. We purchased a turtle carmel apple which has caramel, chocolate and pecans. The apple was a typical granny smith which was fine. The caramel was poor quality, not creamy, not sweet and salty. Melted Kraft caramels taste better. The chocolate was terrible. Not a quality chocolate at all, I guess it was milk chocolate. Biggest problem is that they charged quality prices, $ 7.99. I’ve had caramel apples from Annies in Cedarburg for only a dollar more and incredibly great, caramel pecans and amazing chocolate! Don’t waste your money!
