Excellent service. Chris was an excellent provider. He met all our needs. He managed to make it a great day for me, my cosuins, sister, and my niece. The food was superb as well. I highly recommend the veggie wrap.

This place has definitely improved. It’s the best place to bring my kids. They run wild and have so much fun. Staff is great with kids and really know how to keep kids entertained. My three and four year old daughters love this place. Remember to bring socks since they are required to enter the play area. Oh and one more thing, my girls love the cake pops!

Never go here on a weekend. Absolute chaos. 1. Long long wait for a table 2. Ordered fries came in very cold, asked for a replacement. Waitress did not look happy, saw a frown. she this back in 2 mns probably microwaved it and slammed it on my table. 3. Restrooms dirty and flooded, had to take my kid to the mall restroom on 1st floor Been 45 mns waiting for my drink. this place has gone really bad.

I come to Giggles and Hugs occasionally with my 2 kids, kind of as a treat on a weekend or whatnot. The kids look forward to going there, they have fun and get to have a treat or two. If you’re a parent, you can probably imagine the monumental meltdown, after waiting for *2 ½* hours to get in, being told *no one* can come in because they didn’t anticipate the number of kids showing up for private parties. You can probably imagine how angry me, and about 30 other parents who were waiting, were. The cries and screams(from both kids and parents) filled the mall. We showed up at 1pm after calling the night before asking if there would open play the next day. We were told there would be, and to come on down. So we showed up at 1pm, only to be told someone rented the entire facility, and they wouldn’t be open until 2pm. So me and the kids wander around the mall for an hour, grab a coffee(well the kids get a warm milk), we ride the escalators and elevators, get lost a few times, then head back over at 2pm hoping my kids can play. Nope, they aren’t open yet. It’s taking longer than they anticipated to clean up from the party, so parents are lined up against the walls waiting. I ask the girl at the counter if my daughter, who has been waiting so patiently, can use the bathroom — she REALLY had to go. We are literally 8 feet from the bathroom door, my daughter is dancing in place, ready to run to the bathroom — she can see the door! And the girl working the counter says NO. I look at her puzzled — No? We are steps away from the bathroom, we’re not trying to sneak in to play or disrupt you guys setting up for the next parties, she simply wants to pee! I hear it again: «NO, we won’t let anyone in for any reason». I tell her this is unacceptable, and her answer is «There is another bathroom across the mall — over there» and she points out the door. At this point I’m wanting to ask to talk to the manager and I’m getting pissed off — but I have a 4 year old that needs to pee, so we run out the door, across the mall and find the bathroom. Somehow my daughter made it. We head back to Giggles and Hugs, hoping we can get in now. The kids are jumping up and down, they can’t wait(it’s already been 2 hours). They are still closed, but now there are about 40 parents lined up. It looks like people waiting to buy the new iphone or something, not a kids play place. So finally, 45 minutes late, some kid comes out and starts letting people in. Well, they let people in who are part of the next few smaller parties who I guess are already late. They keep the rest of us waiting for another 15 minutes. At this point, parents and kids are on the verge of a riot. That’s when they tell all of us, who have been waiting from 60 minutes to 2 ½ hours, that none of us can come up, but they will put us on a waiting list. OMFG!!! This is something you could have told us 2 ½ hours ago, or 90 minutes ago, or even 30 minutes ago. They Mom in front of me had some choice words for the kid outside, who the parents were verbally beating to a pulp — of course the manager hid inside. Multiple Moms asked to talk to the Manager, but were rebuffed(«they are busy setting up, there is nothing I can do but put you on the list»). By then it was an all out kid apocalypse; crying, meltdowns, kids on the floor flailing around, screams, and poor parents doing what they can to pacify their kids, while trying to keep from erupting at the same time for being treated like this by the Giggles and Hugs staff. I’ve been to this place maybe 6 times in the last for months, and I’ve spent plenty of money there on entry, food, snacks and random things like balloons and pictures. But not anymore. I told my kids Giggle and Hugs BURNEDTHEFUCKDOWN, and we couldn’t ever go back. The next day I got an email from GIggles and Hugs, not saying sorry we messed up — but trying to get me to invest in their penny stock. Seriously?

Went here in the morning with my mom & godparents to just take my son to play since it was his first birthday and i didnt want to go to chuckee cheese. Ive never gone to chuckee cheese but the reviews for it always say its dirty and the employers are rude. So i did research on giggles & hugs and it looked pretty nice. And let me tell you, once i walked in to giggles & hugs, omg! So beautiful. So clean. Gorgeous wall art. Fancy tables & chairs. Amazing play yard. Delicious food. And super nice staff. I really loved the energy of the place & hope to come back again soon! They really made my sons first birthday a memory to remember forever.

Kids have fun here, but I don’t like the service here, at all. Believe me, I am not a picky person and do not expect to be treated in an extraordinary way, but the people at the front are not friendly at all, and there is this one girl that works there who has major attitude. I was ready to complain to the manager regarding her attitude. SMILEPEOPLE. IT’S A KIDSINDOORPLAYGROUND! Also, the microphones are WAY too loud in there when they’re doing kids activities. Food is decent. TOMANAGEMENT: If you ever read this review, please train your employees to be a little more friendly with customers, especially when they spend over $ 50 each time. You are definitely losing business. A lot of my friends have also not gone back because of the RUDE service your location is providing. It makes people not want to go back to your business!

I’m am currently here and if I can give this a zero review I will. The people the food and service was so horrible. We had our food after 45mins the staff won’t even clean up some of the tables they will force you to sit on a reserve tables that will be using after 30mins. Not apologetic and they will just ignore you. Definitely will not recommend.

My two in a half year old son loves Giggles N’ Hugs at the Glendale location. We are a regular here. This place is loud with mainstream pop music and kids running around left and right screaming, laughing, and riding the toy cars. In my opinion, I wouldn’t recommend this play place for children who are under one or just starting to learn how to walk. It’s catered towards children 2 and up. They have a small nursery section however, they cannot do much. The admission fee is $ 11 a child and free for the adults. You also have the option of sitting down and eating and drinking refreshments while your kids run around and play. The reason why I gave them 4 stars oppose to 5 is a couple months ago one of the staff members that is hands on with the children had a nasty cold and couldn’t stop coughing. I was disgusted and appauled that she was working in close premises with the children while coughing on them. I asked for my money back and left asap and notified that their staff member was sick as a dog.

Love this place which is located inside glendale galleria. They have a good selection in the menu and affordable. We ordered the Supreme pizza and it is sooooo huge. It’s good enough to feed 4 to 6 people and you still have left overs for to go. & kids can get to play in the play area with additional cost. The space is good enough to held a birthday party here as well.

Good idint bad after all, the strawberry banana smoothie was delicious. I always bring my baby cousin to play, while I enjoy some time with friends who have kids of their own as well. Best days to go are weekdays, weekends get to crowded mostly because parents have their kids birthday parties there.

Went here yesterday morning for a kids party. Love love love the place! Great for a kids party! Their package deals for events are not bad! Free cupcakes, refillable coffee, pizzas are big and freshly serve! Most importantly is EXCELLENTCUSTOMERSERVICE! Vinny is the one helped us most of the time but when he is not around Oscar is there too! Well the other workers too are nice! I will definitely come back and Tell this to my friends so they can bring their kids in here!

We chose giggles and hugs this year for our younger sons 1st birthday and we are happy we did ! The process in booking a party is so smooth and organized. Stephanie, the manager, was so helpful and definitely knew what she was talking about. We had the pizza, pasta onion rings, salad, and fries. The food was delicious and fresh. The service was amazing! Nobody left hungry. The entertainment was great for the kids. The bathrooms were clean. I hardly had to lift a finger. Thank you to the staff at giggles n hugs in glendale !! We’ll be back :)

Definitely still enjoy coming here especially with attentive workers like Jessica and Sona. We never felt forgotten about even with a birthday party going on. Our food came out quickly and most importantly, warm. And best of all, the establishment can now serve alcohol. We were able to relax knowing our daughter was being taken care of and paid attention to, and enjoy our beer because of the employees who know how to handle the kids. Also, please note that giggles n hugs is not a babysitting service and parents still need to be attentive to their child. You dont stop being a parent once you step into this place. Please dont let your child run around like a mongrel Overall, nice employees + clean, safe, fun place = happy mama and happy child

Still a great place! Perfect ages toddler through maybe 9. Staff has always been great — they keep activities going throughout the night. We sit, have dinner, and relax watching the kids play. Not sure what the weekends are like, but it’s always been a great experience on weeknights.

My son loves this pace. He always has a lot of fun when we’re here. Paulet and Tom are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and has a strict no show on the play floor policy. Bathrooms are clean and parking is available.

First time here today. They have very good program in placr for the kids, really good host. Food is great! The turn offs are as follows: 1) Service: They totally dont have a system in place, the servers are all over the places. It’s like chicken running around without a head. It’s very nice for the manager who came up to us and greet us and ask us how’s everything, but he’s too casual, not dressed appropriately. We asked for a refill and the server completely forgot about us. 2) Security: I really dont feel secure leaving my kids around here. There isn’t any security around to check who’s coming in and out. Basically, someone could come in and just take your kids away. Door is wide open lol. Until these aren’t fix i doubt that me ans my family are going to come back.

It’s definitely great to take my babe and kill some time but there’s definitely room for improvement… There needs to be more than 1 server — it took about 10 minutes before we could place our order. Our server was really nice but looked a bit overwhelmed. I mean I would too if I had to take care of all the tables. My biggest gripe about this place is sanitation. My son is 9 months old so he’s in the baby section and for the hours we’ve spent there, we have never once seen anyone sanitize the toys in that area so I spray it the surfaces and toys myself before he touches anything. Also the restrooms are pretty dismal. I really think this place could be improved if you have 1 extra person on shift as a porter to clean and sanitize the play area, restrooms and dining area(food all over the floor etc). And this was during a «slow time».

I was so disappointed by our visit tonight to giggles and hugs in Glendale. 1) from 7 – 7:45 every 15 minutes they announced that the kitchen was closing at 8 and we should put our last orders in asap. At 7:45, they decide to tell everyone that they will be closing the doors at 8pm. ??? 2) at 7:30, I put in a huge food order(for 12 people) and no one warned me that we won’t have time to eat our food. 4) don’t order the steak sandwich, it has 4 tiny pieces of steak in it. It was more like a bread and onion ring sandwich. 3) I had talked to the manager at 6:45 and said that we wanted to do a birthday cake cutting, and not once did he mention that they were going to be closing soon. 4) not once did I see entertainment for the kids on the play ground, and we were there between 6:45−8pm. 5) we had to get our own silver wear, napkins, and water. The waiter did however bring our food at 7:50. I don’t know what has happened to this place, but we will never be going back or hosting any other parties at this giggles and hugs.

It’s a great place to take your kids when you want to work and just relax. I think. Unless you want to watch them 24⁄7. But other than that it’s not so crowded right now at 12:30pm on a weekday. It is spring break but not for the glendale school district. You can get a free cookie or cupcake if you check in. I’m not sure if they close the place on the weekend for parties. But I’m sure they do like every other place. They have no lockers so to each is own when you bring stuff. They serve food here. And if it’s busy busy you have to give up your table cause they will give the tables to people who buy food. They have free wifi. The playground consist of: ball pit, slides, zip line, bridge, castle, doll house kind of thing, lots of slides, baby area, bikes and lots of mommies. It’s like mommy central. Oh and they have arts and crafts and other games or activities you can do. Staff is great and friendly.
