$ 74 dollars for real estate license Live Scan finger prints. Super nice guy, nice little office! Street parking only, he’s also a Notary Public and Tax Preparer!

I needed a live scan done in order to apply for my real estate license and I had no clue how to go about getting one. I searched Unilocal for«live scan fingerprinting» in Glendale and found this place. It was amazingly simple and Joseph Hartoonian — the man who helped me — was pleasant and helpful. I walked in around 12:30 and walked out around 12:45. Joseph asked me if I had the form I needed from the bureau of real estate. I didn’t, so he found it online and printed it off for me. I paid approximately $ 75 total and left with two copies, one for my records, and one for the CalBRE. They made a seemingly confusing task simple. If you need a live scan, I’d recommend them.

I was sent to this small business to get fingerprinted to coach in GUSD. It was a quiet little room. Not a lot going on. I wasn’t going to chat with Joseph but he asked what I’d be coaching which opened up the conversation. We chatted throughout he process and he was a really chill, down to earth guy. I never thought I’d have an experience worth enjoying while being fingerprinted but I thought Joseph was a cool dude. :) I definitely recommend this place.
