This is my second time coming back for my documents to be notarized since 2012. Fast, efficient and friendly. You can park at the Ralphs across the street then walk over.

The one review about this place is actually for another place at a different address. When I asked the guy if he was on Unilocal,he had to explain that another owner of a notary close to him was given poor reviews and it was posting on his business.
On to the review: I had a pleasant experience at this location. I came in for a live scan bg check (FBI and DOJ) for work. The guy was prompt and friendly. He quickly went to work on my task and the «rolling» fee he charged me for both ($ 74) was much less than what my friends paid. He quickly finished the love scan, took my money and we both had a great start to our day. Another customer even came in and chatted with me. Very nice area. I did not use his for passports or any notary service, but if you need a love scan this is probably your best bet. The time I came was around nine in the morning, so I don’t know how it would be if it became busy, but this is the time to come if you need to.

Will never do business there again, especially for passport photos. The man that works there was mean and rude. No smile on his face. Horrible customer service. Plus my photo came out horrible and was charged $ 18.00 for a pair. He didn’t even ask if I could retake photo. I just wanted to get out ASAP. Very weird vide about the guy.
