This location is the worst. I use the online check in at this location and another location. Never had an issue at the other location. This location constantly allows cumstomers in before me making me wait an extra 15 – 20 minutes. They always say they’ll get me in when the app says. When I walk in my app says 3 mins then gets updated to 20 minutes. Hair cuts are mediocre at best.

Horrible customer service! There were several employees up front and I was never acknowledged, completely ignored

In a word, shameful. Per my prior review, I’d been going to this location for quite a few years now. In that time, I’ve been through three different regular stylists. Why, you might ask, do I have that many? Turnover is the answer, and the reason why i finally went back to update this review. The first stylist I had here was great, and the reason I came back over and over. He got into a tiff with the balding, middle-aged, useless, in the back and doing nothing manager(he’s currently pictured in the only photo for this business) and apparently walked off the job. The second stylist I had after that for a little less than a year, until he too got into a tiff with the same exact manager and, likewise, walked off the job one day. As the French would say, «Le sigh…» but I started to suspect a pattern. Fast forward about another year and I’m out another stylist. Why? Because Mr. Manager of the year drove her away too. I’m also aware of at least two other stylists, though I never used them, who also walked out, also because of said manager. I’m sorry but I like to have some consistency and not having to find a new stylist every six to eight months because the manager can’t retain the best stylists in the salon. The guy cuts hair himself, rarely, but I wouldn’t let him near me with a 10 foot pole, let alone scissors. What’s the expression, fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me? I wonder just silly I look having done this song and dance –three– times with them before giving up and taking my business elsewhere. Lesson learned though, no more Great Clips for me, at least at this location. If you’re looking for any kind of consistency and enjoy working with your regular stylist when you need a haircut, avoid this place like the plague.

Super sweet staff. Hardly any wait time if your checkin online. Only went in for a trim so I can’t comment on any other services but highly recommended.

Nice place, clean, all stylist seem good. Online checkin. I’ve gotten my haircut here for years and love it. It’s quick, the stylist are nice and want me to be happy with my haircut. Try it out also.

We went over here to get some back to school hair cuts done for the kids and had a great experience. Normally my kids move around a fuss the entire time, but the two ladies that cut their hair did a great job. They kept them calm and relaxed, which is amazing in itself, but also did a fantastic job on their hair. My oldest told me as we were leaving that he wanted his hair cut exactly the same way next time. That is a big deal in my house because he is not a big fan of getting his hair cut. Good service, good people, good hair cuts, and good prices. It does get crowded when they first open up, but you can reserve a time on line to avoid a long wait.

This great clips is not crowded. But not the best when compared to 34th ave and some others nearby. Went in once and they started cutting my hair. No question on what you want to do or what clipper you use & I was first time there

service and quality are unreliable: one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, but mostly mediocre and sometimes really awful service

Online check in makes the whole hair cut process a lot easier. I gave this a 4 star because I liked my haircut and the check in.
