No complaints. Called in service through a home warranty. They called me back the next day and sent Mike came out right away and fixed everything I needed.

This contractor came out to my house to service my doorbell through American Home Shield. He took a look into our attic, told me the wires had been cut, and said I should go on Amazon and buy a wireless doorbell system. Great advice… until he demanded I pay him the service fee. My problem not being rectified, I was reluctant to write a check, and when I expressed that reluctance, he snickered and said, «Fine, you don’t have to sign the work order. American Home Shield will pay me anyway, and you will have to pay them.» So basically, I paid $ 75 to have this guy tell me to buy a doorbell on Amazon. Great.

I’m a new home owner. Mike came out to my place. He took care of all of my electrical problems and gave me great advice. They were nice enough to call me 30 min before they came out so I wasn’t waiting around all day for him.

Horrible Service, did not return my calls in a timely manner. I had to chase after them to get them to come to my house. When they arrived they would not fix the problem they came out for instead all they did was try and sell me things I did not need. I was stuck with a bill that was not needed, for no work that was not actually done. Never hire them!

Horrible service from start to finish! Tried making an appointment for a simple electrical repair and soonest they would be in our area was 4 days later. Had to go with Highclass due to home warranty insc co. The day before the appointment the receptionist calls and says they need to reschedule due to an emergency job in another part of town. I told her I would just get another company from the home warranty company to have another company come out. She quickly changed the story and original appointment was kept. Service technician was very rude when here and not sure he really knew what he was doing. We are having an electrician friend come inspect. Took 3 weeks and 4 calls to High Class for them to contact home warranty co for final diagnosis. Ridiculous service!
