Neil, the owner, is a pleasant guy and he and his guys do pretty good work, unfortunately though, Neil is completely unreliable! After I hired them to wrap the trees in my front yard with lights for the holidays, I was promised an estimate to fix and redo my landscape lighting. This was promised to me the beginning of December. It’s been a month and a half, and I have called and e-​mailed twice to find out what’s going on. Each time, Neil has promised an estimate and he has confirmed that he does want to do the job yet I receive nothing that I’m promised. I’m tired of getting the run around! There are plenty of other business out there. Not worth the hassle. I’m movin’ on!
