The cashier was very rude… and the manager was also. My little girl was heart broken because they did not let us purchase the outfit my daughter was sooo happy to find & try on. They didn’t let us purchase it because we didn’t have our ID on us!!! When we go shopping we just grab our atm debit card & put it in our pocket & go!!! They told us that to prevent fraud we could not purchase!!! That is ridiculous… no where else has this ever happened. Its not up to the store to check ID’s. Its up to the individuals to keep an eye on their own cards! Well to sum it up… they lost a customer for that nonsense!

The only reason this store gets 2 stars is because the clothes are cute. HORRIBLE customer service!!! The sales assoicates BOTH had horrible attitudes! I could not find a specific size and they never offered to help. I felt like a burden because we needed a fitting room, and felt like an even bigger burden when they had to ring me up. The clothing is cute, especially if you have a «little diva» in your life, but I would suggest another location, I don’t tolerate snobby«teenage» attitudes.

We shop @ a Justice at least once every 2 weeks, so my girls and I are pretty familiar with merchandise/store layouts… This location is pretty hit-or-miss… The sales girls/cashiers have always been very friendly and they usually have a pretty good selection of clearance items, but whenever they get in a new floorset, it never seems like there is quite the same amount of merchandise that they carry at some of the bigger stores– This location is OK if you happen to be in the Galleria anyway, but I wouldn’t make a special trip out here… Plus, parking is a nightmare on weekends!
