Little Caesar’s Pizza

They came through for us tonite. We were in desperate need for 40 pizzas in under 1 hour for a homeless shelter and they did it in 30 minutes. They saved our butts tonight and made some very hungry people happy. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Walked in and the guy at the counter took the order of the person in front of me and the walked away Without saying anything leaving me at the counter.
A few minutes later a group of girls walked in before he said «I’ll be right with you» and still he didn’t come out to the register.
Finally, a lady waiting was fed up and went to the counter to ask if her order was ready. He brought her pizzas and began to take my order when he walked away to bring another waiting customer’s order.
After saying «My bad» he finally took my order. Had to wait approx 15 mins for my Pizza to come out and that was after the Girls after me picked up theirs.

We ordered a pizza asking for half cheese and have pepperoni with easy sauce. We picked up the pizza and the guy at the counter offered two orders of wings for the price of one. I took him up on the offer and regretted the purchase later that night. The pizza was not easy sauce and was over cooked. The crust was dry and the cheese was clearly overdone. They had taken a pizza that was previously cooked, added some pepperoni to half of it and put it through the oven a second time. They didn’t even cut the pizza correctly as it had 7 slices not the usual 8. The pizza was also cold, as for the wings the lemon pepper powder was so disgusting and the wings undercooked that after a bite with threw Them in the trash. Will not order from here again. Little Caesars shouldn’t try to do wings when they can’t even get the pizza right!

Horrible service, disgusting food. I ordered around 7:15 and got my «5 Minute Pizza» at 7:50. I actually got a terrible case of food poisoning just 2 days ago from their pizza and sauce (I don’t know what I was expecting from $ 5 pizza but I sure as hell wasn’t expecting food poisoning). I noticed something was off as my pizzas cheese tasted odd and their garlic sauce literally tasted like sh**. Made my stomach hurt like crazy and the next day i was just constantly throwing up from their disgusting food. NEVER ordering pizza from here again, this place is completely disgusting and unsanitary.

When your picky eater wakes up and asks for a big round pepperoni pizza… You better comply.
I usually go to the LC on Eagle Rock and York but their parking lot sucks (especially for someone like me with bad depth perception).
So I found this location. Called them up before they opened and was there bright and early for my pie (s). I had to get two because I’m low carb and only eat the toppings. Anyway, there was ample parking and they were quick and courteous with the goods.
I’m sure they get busy during lunch or after work hours, duh, plan accordingly. I have a new go to pizza spot. Thanks guys!

Deep dish Pizza that is advertised to be «hot and ready» between 4 – 8 pm isn’t actually ready… Need to wait 15 minutes… On top of that… Received Bad attitude from the girl who took my order. So, I’m pretty sure she is spitting in my food at this point.

It was fine, it’s Little Caesar’s…waited 10 mins no biggy for my jalenpeno and pineapple, so it was fresh… girl did her job… not overly pleasant but not horrid either.

$ 5 dollar pizza, sometimes its actually pretty good. Guy working there looks like he hates his job. Some workers are quite rude. Placed an order over the phone and was asked «would that be all?» as soon as I replied Yes, he hung up. A simple thank you would have been nice.
Tried the wings for the first time, those are awful. Save yourself the trouble.

Service is plain terrible here. Even if you call to order & you arrive on time you have to wait for something or another… Unacceptable! Why even bother calling it in for pick up? With that being said I love their pretzel crust pizza. The pepperoni one is fulfilling enough. I love the pretzel salt on the crust. It is on the salty side like a salted pretzel but I didn’t mind that at all. The crust was crunchy & soft as a pretzel should be. Their deep dish square pizza is also tasty for a cheap unhealthy alternative.

This store is located in a small strip mall on busy Colorado Blvd. There was essentially no wait time and the service was friendly and efficient.
The pizza was hot, but the crust was dry and lacked some of the flavor that most of the other locales have. Their pizza is nothing special, but if you are looking for a quick and inexpensive bite, it will satisfy your hunger.

These workers know nothing of customer service. The managers in the back sitting on his ass. The cashiers have snobby attitudes. I called in an order she said 15 minutes. I arrive and no order under my name. So now I gotta wait 30 minutes for their mistake. Idiots. Go down the street on York instead, friendlier and smarter for sure.

This place gave me explosive diarrhea & nausea. i’m seriously disgusted, i got a hot n ready pepperoni pizza as well as «chicken wings». The wings were God awful, i feel like they were not cooked at all, the pizza gave me crazy heartburn. Now im writing this review because i literally had diarrhea and I’m going crazy cause i also have nausea and I feel like a pregnant woman.
Dont eat from this shitty ass store. Never eating this garbage again. We should all know that its 5 dollar pizza, who knows what nasty ass ingredients are in the pizza and sides. i’m disgusted, dirty pizza, destroyed my stomach and ass

Hot and ready eh? Yeah ummm not here =(unfortunately…
I came in and asked for a couple of hot and ready pies… the 3 meat treat and the cheese… guess what… they were out of both ARGH!!! so they were going to make some for me…
Pro Tip: You cant use AmEx here but they do take Discover…
It ended up taking at least 15 – 20 minutes to make the pies. At least that gave me time to run one other errand and came back. Normally i would have been upset, but as it was, I was pretty much resigned to the situation.
Pro Tip #2: If you come here during the lunch or dinner rush, parking is very limited.
The pizza’s tasted just like you thought that they would. Nothing great, but nothing horrible either. It was just another low end pie. So yeah it is kinda wutever…
If the pie’s werent so cheap, I would never put up with the bs hoops that they have here. Enjoy it if you go… but yeah crappy staff = crappy pies and this place definitely was crappy and worse than most of the Little Caesars that are out there…

When you want good fast expensive Pizza… this is the place. They have there 5 dollar pizza wich is pretty good for 5 bucks you can’t beat it anywhere! And there always ready.
Now they have the Deep Dish with Pepperoni for 8 bucks witch is even better than the 5 dollar pizza.
The crazy bread and Sauce is flavorful also. The WINGS are awesome as well, I guess you can say I’m a fan.
This location is cool, and I’ve been going here for years and have not had any bad situations.

I am a huge fan of little ceasers but not of this store. The girl behind the counter was rude and completely disengaged from the customers. I believe her name was anna. Well that’s what she said it was to the customer in front of me. There was a couple waiting for over a half hour for a custom order and she seemed clueless about it. Also another person was waiting for wings and she didn’t remember selling them the wings. Don’t go here if you want decent service.

The soo called pretzel pizza is just a more crusty regular dough pizza more crust less cheese and toppings instead of marinara sauce it has nacho cheese sauce it is ok but the crust is so salty dosnt taste like pretzel

The WORST customer experience when it comes to ordering on the phone.
1– I call them
2– place my order
3– they tell me 15 minute
4– I show up in 17
5– they have my 3 pizzas
6– they sold my chicken wings to someone else so I have to wait 8 to 10 minutes
Conclusion
My special order pizza are getting cold while the morons cook more chicken wings
I have guests over so I have no choice but to complete this order but this is the second time they have done it and I’m done with this store.
Shame on little ceasars pizza for lack of proper protocols
Do not eat here unless it’s a straight cardboard pizza out of the heater

ONE STAR FOR PRETZEL PIZZA!!! Oh man what an insult! There pretzel pizza is not really a pretzel. IT IS THE SAME DOUGH USED FOR ALL OF THERE PIZZAS!!! I even confirmed that with one of the staff members. There is usually a special process when making pretzels they usual use FOOD GRADE LYE to puff the pretzel to make it soft. Also there so called cheese sauce was basically non existent due to dough and other cheese on top, when baked the cheese sauce sort of evaporates to basically nothing, but then it has this after taste of bad nacho cheese sauce.
STAFF here has always been NICE Very Pleasant Customer Service. BUT COME ON YOU CAN’T FOOL US LITTLE CAESARS! I understand little Caesars is not a gourmet pizza, but it you want to market on an idea that seems pretty awesome and exciting you have to execute this is a situation where most people wouldn’t mind paying a little extra for the real deal holy field! You can’t expect to market something but execute a very sloppy product to FOOL your customers. I am officially insulted.
