Came to try this for the first time, since we love Peruvian food. Walked in during their slow period of a Saturday night. We had to seat ourselves. No menus were delivered, we grabbed our own. After the waitress mentioning she would be right with us, after 5 more minutes of no service, we walked out. I would have loved to rate the service and food, but never had a chance to experience it.

I really enjoyed the Peruvian restaurant. I’ve been wanting to come to this restaurant for some time & I’m glad I did. When in Glendale, CA must stop and enjoy the Parihuela assorted seafood soup! Among other foods… The customer service was superb!

Came to do my tax appointment and had some time to kill and thought we grab a bite to eat first. Came across Lolas for the first time. Wow! If you could give six stars I would have! The food was amazing! Very flavorful and abundant. We ordered Lomo Saltado & Arroz Chaufa. It was the best! Highly recommend and am considering doing the drive out again just for the food.

Came here Sunday afternoon for an early lunch. Me and my boyfriend have high expectations for Peruvian food because we love Don Felix and Marios. We walked into Lola’s and it was very cozy, being that it was freezing g outside, and inviting. We ordered the Loma Saltado, which is a must, and a seafood pasta along with sweet plantains. The food was delicious, I will definitely be back. I give them an extra bonus for having Inca cola which I have to have while eating Peruvian or Cuban food. Aside from the food the service was excellent. The waiters were very helpful and so polite, always walking around with a smile on their face.

This was the first time my family and I came here. The service was wonderful and so friendly. The food. A-Mazing… I love the fact that all of our meals were nice and hot. Sometimes when you’re out eating parts of your meal are cold because it was waiting for other items to be finished. Again… everything was nice and hot. I did order a glass of wine but it wasn’t fresh… they had no problem opening a fresh bottle for me, I appreciated them offering and doing that. This place has a nice intimate feeling to it. This would also be a good place to take someone on a date… So Someone take me!!! Lol. If I had to say anything bad about this place it would be their front entrance door is labeled incorrectly.. It has pull when it means push. and push when you need to pull. And I wish they would invest in a wine pump to keep the wine fresh so they don’t have to open new bottle.

Very nice place. The set up and decoration are really nice and relaxing. The food is full of exquisite flavors. I ordered the Seafood Pasta and it was a very considerate portion. The pasta came with plenty of seafood and sauce. My son ordered the Saltado de Camaron and there were plenty of shrimps(not small ones). The servers are very nice and attentive. I will definitely bring my whole family here. I want to taste the Parihuela and Ceviches

It was my first time trying this place and I loved it. I had the lomo saltado and it was delicious! Went during my lunch break and everything was promptly brought out and I was back at the office in time. The waitress was very helpful with suggestions as it was our first time there and kept checking in on us. I would recommend this place and I will return again.

The tastiest roast chickens in the Los Angeles area, if not the Western Hemisphere itself, are the smoky rotisserie fowl beloved by the Peruvian community, the marinade made with citrus, chiles and immoderate amounts of garlic. Some of the best chickens are a couple blocks from the Glendale Galleria at Lola’s. With the chicken comes a small crock of aji, the doctored chile purée that serves as a universal Peruvian condiment, and maybe some hand-cut French fries, stewed beans, or the mayonnaisey potato salad that is for some reason a Peruvian standard. It is enough.

My family and I loved this place. We like Mamita’s too but this was a nice surprise. Went there on a Groupon and found it was worth it and more. Those damned sauces and their bread sticks!!! What are those sauces anyway? There was another sauce that was mustardy in color that came with the green sauce. Oh. My. Goodness. I ordered the Parihuela which is a seafood stew. So well balanced, flavorful, and full of a variety of just enough seafood. My husband had the Pescado A Lo Macho which was very good as well but he was more interested in my seafood stew. My daughter had the Pollo Saltado… also very tasty. Midway through dinner, we found ourselves digging into each other’s dishes enjoying every savory bite. Peruvian white wine I ordered was crisp and not overpowering. We had leftovers to take home and asked for some of those deadly sauces to take home. Overall, service was professional, friendly, and food VERY good. Lola’s has been added to our repertoire of nearby restaurants where we can get really good comfort food.

DONOTGO… LITERALLYJUSTLEFT… WORSTPLACE. Usually I only get to eat puruvian food by my work, but then seen a Groupon for Lolas Puruvian by my house and was excited to go, so I talked my husband into it and went with the kids. My chicken was OVERCOOKED and not matter how much sauce was poured it was impossible to eat, my husband food was OVERSALTED… I knew something was wrong when he was eatting but he that i enjoyed my food so he didnt want to say anything but he was bearly touching his food. I had to drive 1 hour from where i usually pick up puruvian food from my job to home and my kids swallow it whole Today they made ever excuse in the book not to eat. We left with our food boxed… only 5% of the food was stomached and at the end they didnt even except our Groupon. Now I know why there on GROUPON because THEYNEEDTODRUMUPBUSINESS… WORSTPLACE.

Hidden jewel for authentic Peruvian food which appears to be highly frequented by latinamerican guests. A combination of great variety of tasty menu choices, very large portions, and a very attentive staff made the delicious group dinner a very pleasant experience.

Food Amazing — Bistek A Lo Pobre NY Steak Cooked To Perfection, The Plantains Sweet and Extremely Flavorful. The Egg cooked perfectly that the yoke dressed my mountain of rice. My Server Leana was Friendly, Kind, & Attentive that made me feel welcomed. Warm feeling that you get when traveling back home in South America. Environment was spotless and Atmosphere welcoming. 5 Stars to the Chef and my Server Leana. Highly recommended this restaurant that have a variety of items for every palate:-)

In town on business with a Peruvian friend so we came here. Easily exceeded expectations on several dishes. Lomo saltado was excellent, ceviche was too. Lunch specials around $ 10 are a bargain. Restaurant was not that busy and food was slow to come out, but worth the wait. AC was barely working on a 100+ degree day and we sat near the front where it was crazy hot(it was actually cooler back near the oven!). I would happily visit again.

I felt as if I was cheating on Mamitas! While I am very pleased with their extensive wine list and draft options(they carry Angry Orchard!), the food just didn’t do it for me. Could be because this is the only 2nd Peruvian place I’ve ever tried. The quality of meat was good, but the aji is why I’ll continue to go to Mamitas. Restaurant was clean, ambiance was great during dinner, and service was ok. Ordered Lomo Saltado, and the Pollo Saltado. The chicken lacked seasoning, but the bread sticks they serve upon arrival were great!

Came in on a random Wednesday night with a Groupon expecting some sub-par food from a struggling restaurant. Boy was I off. The ceviche tasting is amazing; trust me, you haven’t had ceviche LIKETHIS. Also ordered the Seco(meat so tender and slow cooked), and Lomo Saltado(beef soooo fresh), and the Seafood Rice. Portion sizes were huge, so get ready to share. But the biggest surprise was the quality and freshness of the food(trust me, I’m a picky, PICKY diner). Come hungry and get ready to have your expectations exceeded. Way to bump up the dining options in Glendale, Lola!

Came here to celebrate a Friends birthday, and one thing is for sure, there are at least ½ dozen other Peruvian places that I can name of the top of my head that is way more authentic and flavorful than this place. I will have to admit that the service and portions are probably the saving grace for this place. Service: 5 stars Food: 1 star My order came with an egg and I asked for it over easy and it came fried hard as a rock. I sent it back and got a raw egg — sent that back too. Well if you can’t get a fried egg right!!! Hmm? Note the picture of my steak had no egg bec I sent it back twice as my steak sat there getting cold! At least the waiter was pleasant. Parking: apparently there is parking in the back, but there were no signs so we all had to keep playing musical chairs and feed our meters… But that’s DTG for ya!
