SCAM! Do not trust Louise Mendoza who owns Lui Authentic Luxury. She stole 2 of my mothers Hermes Birkin Purses. She told me she sold them and had the money ready for me. Then all of a sudden she just started ignoring all my calls. I went to the shop but nobody is there. She owes me a lot of money. I have a team of lawyers who have investigated and we have a few other people who she has done this to. We are building a VERY big case and she is about to get criminal and civil charges. If anyone has had this problem feel free to contact me at 310 890 222 and I will connect you with my lawyers. Be careful these people are dangerous.

I am in this area ll the time shopping at the Americana and drool over the purses in the window.
Only issue is their hours, it states 12 – 6 daily, either I am always early or late, some times it has even been closed during times it says it’s open, so I can;t say anything on service or prices, but the selection is great for being such a great store and the location good as well.
Worth checking out if you are in the area during 12 – 6, I for one will keep trying.

I walk in side store. I find lowest price in Los Angeles. The product is original brands with certificates. I try to buy gift for my wife and this is the place to do so. The Luise was very helpful and professional.
