they offer both battery (8 $) and watch band replacements. pricing varies on the watch bands of course due to material preference: plastic, silicone, leather, etc

Redesigned store and renewed staff, or at least the staff I used to deal with are no longer at this store location. I’ve always been a fan of Swatch watches and having a physical store to get my watches buffed and juiced up for battery is a major plus! I was afraid the store closed for good during the holidays (2014) and was relieved when I saw them open again for business. Staff is always friendly. I only have praises to say about Swatch timepieces. I have quite a collection of them and they look just as good as my other favorite timepieces. Don’t ever, ever, ever scare the Swatch out of me again! Keep this store here forever!

So I’m a big watch person, lately however I’ve been buying $ 10 watches and they stop working in about a month or so. I always though Swatches were extremely expensive, considering the swiss are know for luxury watches. I went inside and the worker was really nice. I got the new double strap watch and i really like it so far, the quality is amazing! :D

You are coming here for the Swatches. i’ve gone in a couple times for a new swatch or service on an exsisting swatch and have found the staff knows their swatches.

NOT JUST A WATCH STORE, but MORE!
I was wondering what this place was, so walking in I noticed they have a nice verity of watches… Let alone looking around more, I noticed that they have very unique rings, bracelets and etc… I’m not such a SWATCH buyer, but after seeing the unique jewelry they had… I had to buy. Ever since I bought my ring and matching bracelet, I have gotten a lot of compliments. Yes, they tend to run quite pricey, but are really different than your ordinary jewelry style.
I do recommend checking out the jewelry accessories that they have. Quite a unique stile of modern style.

It’s still a good place to buy Swatches in L.A., given that there are dedicated sections just for sales (I went there when they discounted the watches by 30 percent).
This time, one of their traditions has been slightly altered. You now have to pay $ 5 at this location if you want to get rid of scratches on your watch or need to adjust your metal strap size. What a bummer! I’ve always been a big fan of Swatch because at least the staff would buff out the scratches or readjust your metallic strap for free (hence the loss of one star). And I’d take in one Swatch at a time. However, when I talked to the manager, she said that $ 5 would cover ALL of your scratched watches (i.e. it’s a flat fee), so if you own a lot of Swatches, this would be a good deal.
Even then, I still miss the free watch buffing service. I think the other Swatch stores may do the buffing for free, but I’ll have to go and find out for myself.
