The service was great here today. The guy that made my pizza took the time to make it look great, with all toppings evenly placed in my pie, which definitely makes each slice equally delicious:) All customer service was great.

I love this location. I’m from the east coast, and one of the biggest things I miss is being able to get some decent pizza. yes, pizza is very important. Although it’s a franchise, Blaze actually produces some pretty amazing pizza. This Blaze location is actually better than a coupe of the other locations I’ve tried, and the employees are all very nice.

You can’t go wrong with pizza. I went to the mall and I was hungry so I came here. It was packed but the lined moved pretty fast as with other locations. I loved my pizza. However… my only complaint was their promotion they never told me about. I was looking at my receipt and on the bottom it had a special promotion for a free pizza with a $ 30 gift card purchase by the end of Dec 31. I don’t follow them on social media to know about this deal, but it would have been nice if they told me about it before I ordered my pizza.

Love this place! Blaze is so much better than Project Pie, Pizza Rev, and all the other build-your-own pizza restaurants in this area. Why, you ask? Choices, choices, and more choices! Every single time I go, I get a different pizza for a fraction of the cost I would’ve paid at one of the bigger pizza places in the area. Plus, the service is top notch. People are always friendly, and super generous with the portion sizes. Awesome!

The pizzas are always good but the service is HORRIBLE at this location! The servers look like they were all hung over and moving in slow motion. I waited forever for my GF dough but the guy actually dropped it on the floor. They were out of mushroom, grilled chicken. And when I asked for arugula, the lady went to the back to get it and she took her sweet time with me waiting in the front. Management really needs to train them better. The Woodland Hills location is much better.

So obsessed with blaze! I’m very picky about my pizza especially chain restaurant pizza but this place makes the cut! It’s basically chipotle for pizza. My boyfriend and I always split a pizza and we get unlimited toppings. We get almost every topping. You can customize it how ever you want. They even have gluten free options. The line can get pretty long here during peek times but it normally moves pretty fast and the pizza cooks very fast as well.

A cheap, casual, and great tasting place to eat pizza. Me and my boyfriend were in Glendale for the day and decided to share a pizza. We can have differences at times deciding what we want but that’s no problem here because you can split pizza. My half was the«white top» and his half was«bbq chicken». It came out to just $ 14 for one pizza and two drinks. The prices are very reasonable. Also, their blood orange lemonade is the best! We will definitely be going back!

Got gluten free veggies only pizza with lemonade. Paid extra $ 3 for a gluten free crust. Pizza came out nice but gluten free dough got cracked in the middle and all my vegetables were on the tray instead of pizza. Pizza itself was tasty. Loved the blood orange lemonade

Great pizza! I tried the Green Stripe and it was great! The crust was perfectly cooked… Just the right amount of crisp but chewy bread.

I am still waiting in line as I’m writing this review(10minutes now) and there’s only 4 people ahead of me. I thought this pizza is supposed to be quick??? Literally see 4 people making pizza pies… they do not expedite the line or make it efficient within their employees. I just don’t get it. The only reason why I’m even in line is because my girlfriend wants this. Rate would be a zero… but thats not an option. Management should really see this line. 4 people making pies and the line is past the entrance way. Ridiculous.

The staff must have been tired. It was a Monday evening, I ordered 2 preset pizzas, white top and meat lovers to go The staff was friendly and they asked me how I was doing, twice. I answered their question about what topic I wanted, twice. They weren’t uninterested(or high) just tired, they genuinely looked tired, bags under their eyes. That didn’t bother me at all, thought it was a little funny BUT, I guess in their tired sloth like movements, they left my pizzas in the oven a bit too long and burnt my meat lovers pizza! The bottom was all black! I couldn’t eat it! my husband tried, but we ended up throwing away 1⁄3 of it, and I hate wasting food! I don’t think they did it on purpose. I’m thinking positive intend on their behave, but if you’re too tired, go home and rest. Burnt food sucks for costumers who paid and feel like they’re getting jipped, sucks for the business for wasting resources, etc. Would return, maybe during lunch when the staff are awake and alert.

Stumbled upon this place the first time I came to the galleria. I was lost and it was the first place I saw so I tried it and it was sooooo damn good. The prices are cheap for what you get and the customer service is amazing. I am no longer sad Project Pie closed down because this taste so much better. P.S you must try the blood orange lemonade

They’re not located in the food court, but rather upstairs on the third floor. Just like the other Blaze locations I’ve been to, this location is speedy, friendly, and delicious. I ordered the build-your-own option for under $ 8 and piled it high with my heart’s desired toppings. A few minutes in the oven and presto, it’s ready to be eaten!(Don’t forget to ask for the pesto drizzle!) There is plenty of seating to enjoy your pizza. Even though it is tucked away on the third floor and slightly hidden, I’m glad Blaze is here at the Galleria for my meal needs when shopping in Glendale.

This place gets busy but they deal with the customers in a good way. I went there on a busy Friday night and I got my pizza in less than 10 minutes with a smile on all the servers faces. I like building my own pizza. I always get the white sauce, extra bacon, mushrooms, chicken, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, spinach, olives, garlic, and pesto sauce. One time I put so many toppings that it broke the crust and made a hole, so they were kind enough to give me a voucher for a free pizza on my next visit :)

I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best pizza place in Southern California. I highly recommend their white-top pizza. They make is fresh in front of you and you can add whatever ingredient you want.

This place has a similar concept to Chipotle where you walk along a counter as the servers add the ingredients of your choosing to build your pizza. For only $ 8 and unlimited toppings, nothing beats that! The pizza crust is just the way I like it — THIN. They also have gluten-free and vegan options. If you don’t have too much time, this quick concept is the way to go. It takes literally less than 5 – 10 minutes to have your food ready.

It’s no secret that I absolutely love pizza. There are so many of these build your own pizza shops that are opening up everywhere! I’ve tried PizzaRev in Burbank and Project Pie in the Americana but this one is definitely my favorite! The sauce is so flavorful and delicious and the crust is then and crispy. The price is extremely affordable for the amount of pizza you were given — around $ 8. Also, it’s unlimited toppings. They also have a really nice seating area that probably accommodates at least 50 people. It’s inside the galleria on the third floor in the Bloomingdale’s wing.

BYOP — as in Build Your Own Pizza — started when Elise and Rick Wetzel of the famous pretzel chain wanted a quick pizza in Pasadena and all they could find was pizza by the slice. So they ended up going to Chipotle where they settled for a burrito and had a Eureka moment and I guess you can say the rest is history. Backed by investors and franchisees that include Maria Shriver, Boston Red Sox co-owner Tom Werner, and even LeBron James, their pizza dough and ingredients are designed by Executive Chef Bradford of Olio Pizzeria & Café, which is a 4-star rated pizzeria near The Grove in West Los Angeles. Of course with innovation comes imitation and there have been a zillion BYOP places that have since opened up. I’ve tried quite a few of them including PizzaRev, Pieology, and Project Pie, but I keep coming back to Blaze because Blaze simply tastes better. I guess you can say that«I Love to Blaze!» And unlike LeBron, Blaze’s pizzas are not floppers! The Glendale Galleria location is located on the Bloomingdale’s side of the mall where there used to be a Build-a-Bear. This is quite fitting because you can now build a bear of a pizza with as many toppings as you please for $ 7.95. Blaze’s dough is airy and light and after about 180 seconds in the oven the crust develops this amazingly thin crispy texture that is really blazin’ tasty. Their sauces are a step above all their rivals and their ingredients are all fresh and delicious. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Here is just a sample list of their ingredients: Sauces: classic red tomato sauce, spicy red sauce, white cream sauce, pesto drizzle, BBQ drizzle, olive oil drizzle Cheeses: mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta cheese, gorgonzola, goat Protein: applewood bacon, crumbled meatballs, grilled chicken, italian sausage, pepperoni, salame, smoked ham Veggies: artichokes, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, jalapenos, mushrroms, olives, pepperoncini, pineapple, red onions, sautéed onions, spinach, zucchini — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — My favorite ingredient that other BYOP places do not have is the roasted whole garlic. Seriously, this makes a huge difference. So scare away vampires and your not-so-pretty/handsome-in-person Tinder/Coffee-Meets-Bagel date with extra garlic. You really cannot mess your pizza up since you choose the ingredients that you want… and all the ingredients taste blazin’ delicious. Therefore, if you do not like your pizza that is a YOU problem. Call me a «Blazer» but I am definitely hooked to these 11-inch thin crust pizzas that set my mouth ablaze with flavors without setting my wallet on fire. * It’s amazing that since 2012 when their first two locations opened in Irvine and Pasadena, Blaze has now expanded to over 100 locations nationwide. * I love messing with the workers and giving them fake names. My most recent name was Walter White. And no I did not toss the pizza on my roof. * Interesting tidbit: Blaze in the Glendale Galleria is located next to the world’s first Panda Express location( ).

The food alone is 4 stars, but I’m upping an extra star for some thoughtful touches. The ordering process at Blaze is already documented, and a flat price for unlimited topping is an great deal. To balance the pizza we got an antipasto salad, which was ok. Additionally, the pizza was fired really nicely, which a crisp crust on the bottom and it wasn’t flimsy at all. For mall location, I thought this place would be mobbed at 12 noon on a weekend. Nope. The line was extremely short because it’s away from the food court. What a great idea! The children’s high chairs were easy to find and clean. The soda machines, self-service cutlery & boxes were well-stocked and also very clean. The paper take-out boxes, when deconstructed, doubled as a disposable plate for Baby C. And whoever thought of the trash at Blaze had their thinking cap on. It looks like a 55-gallon drum with an enormous liner & a small shelf for your pizza pans. What it doesn’t have is a swinging door. Those are so useless for restaurant trash cans, since no one wants to touch them! We also had some of our trash taken away by a friendly employee checking to see if everything tasted good. So great service & a great mall location + clean restaurant is a great formula for 5 stars!
