Worst breakfast ever. We asked for over easy eggs and received half scrambled half raw eggs and they told us that’s how we ordered it??? The bacon is microwaved and so was the Philly cheesesteak. NOTE: They did not honor the Free coffee for check in. Waste of money and time.

Omg. This sandwich is so good. I haven’t even left yet and I’m writing this review. Was made so quick too! The lady that took my order was so nice too. All the ingredients taste fresh and organic.

Little coffee house? Check. Cozy vibe? Check. Free wifi? Check. Tasty food at reasonable prices? Check! I was on a mission to find a small coffee shop and support local business rather than the typical Starbucks. Came across this place on Unilocal(surprise) and wanted to give it a try. The **Breakfast Sandwich** is mighty hefty and loaded with egg, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. Get it on the roll for maximum deliciousness; the bread is just perfect. The thing was so large I was only able to eat half, and had to take the other half for leftovers. It was my first time trying **Armenian Coffee** and boy, was it good! It’s served black but is smooth and sweet without needing to add extra creamer or sugar. This really hit the spot and made it the perfect way to start my day. When the total came out to $ 7 and change, I couldn’t believe the price. Score! Service is great and the vibe is very friendly. Even the other customers are nice and strike up conversation. One regular named Jerry was particularly awesome. If I lived in the area I would definitely become a regular too. You can’t beat free wifi! There’s also a TV so you can watch the news, or if you’re lucky you may have your request granted for a certain channel. TIP: Support local business! You can go to Starbucks anywhere anytime. Try something different for a change. DATETIP: The perfect spot for an early morning date… or after a(very) successful evening date. Lol!

Happened to be in the area and hadn’t eaten all day. Saw this place on Unilocal and decided to try it out. I am sure glad I did! Mary made me a turkey sandwich with her own choice of fixings. Delicious! She also gave me a little dessert bread that tastes like cinnamon and looks like it has sesame seeds on top. Flaky and super tasty. I will definitely be back!

«I forgot to ask for the neighborhood special but I ordered a philly cheesteak sandwich which was very tasty, fresh, served in a crispy large white bun, each half as big as a regular sandwich at our house. With a soda, the deal came just below $ 10. Quite a bargain for a nice lunch and a pleasant place to sit outside on stocker under an umbrella. You must try this place if you haven’t, you won’t be sorry.» I hope to go back soon and try other things. A lot of love and care goes into each item ordered.

Forget the chain coffee stores with loads of GMOs and robot foods. Come here for a really good and organic cup of coffee. They also serve some really good pastries, sandwiches, and of course– pastries. They actually have a little bit of everything and that everything that they serve happens to be delicious. Come here for a guaranteed good lunch, brunch, or even dinner… but definitely for breakfast. Thanks again.

My first spot the get Armenian coffee and their cookies are bomb. The owners are really friendly and every time welcome me with a warm greeting. Their beef tongue sandwich is hard to find somewhere else.

No dairy alternatives for their coffee, so don’t go of you’re lactose intolerant. Also, the door is propped open and men smoke at the tables out front, so don’t go if you don’t like smelling smoke while you eat/drink. I love supporting locally owned businesses, but please give options and also don’t allow smoking in your café.

Best sandwiches in LA!!! Scrumptious, big, fulfilling sandwiches that satisfy your hunger. I have tried all their sandwiches, they are all delicious. I stop by at least 2 to 3 times a week John and Mary treat me like family I love Mary’s Little House of Coffee. I always leave with a full tummy and a big smile. I was beyond happy to see the coffee shop on the news!!! CONGRATULATIONS to the coffee shop for selling the Super Lotto Plus Jackpot ticket!!! You folks are amazing people you deserve it! Congratulations also to the mystery winner! If I could give more stars I would!

I have no idea what people are complaining about. I’ve been coming here for years now and have never had to deal with bad service or anything similar — this isn’t because I’m a regular either, ever since I began coming here the service has been excellent. Their cigarette prices are the best on the block(good to know if you walk here like I do) and their sandwiches are really good. Agree with the review below me comparing them to bland Subway-esque sandwiches — the ingredients here are fresh and the bread is really good. I usually go for the sausage or the mortadella sandwiches. Ask them to make it spicy /for onions and they hook it up! The owner is always friendly with me, always has been. If you think accents are worth a star or two then you either have never been to Glendale before or are having a bad day.

I don’t know what these people are complaining about… It’s a place to eat, not your study place or a work place. You have to be a dummy to neat pick about minuscule issues, if you can even call it that… They have great sandwiches at good prices. You don’t get a washed up bland subway sandwich, u get a nice home made big sandwich with fresh ingredients. Try the chicken and philly cheese sandwich, you won’t regret it. Call and order ahead of time so you don’t have to endure«heavy accents» lol You people need real problems… Highly recommended. I order all types of food here couple of times a week

I’ve been here twice. It’s one of those little gas station style coffee shops(meaning, there is a canister of coffee you can squeeze into little talk-out cups). There is a deli, I haven’t tried, and of course things like stamps, lottery tickets, and other such stuffs. Not a comfortable looking work or study spot. Sitting outside isn’t horrible, however the view sucks since it’ll be of a Ralph’s parking lot. The staff isn’t terribly friendly, and there is a bit of a language barrier(unless you are Armenian). Outside tables means you may be sharing with old men smoking(despite local city ordinances). Enjoy, if you dare… I no longer do.

After driving past this place few times, I decided to go in and try out a cup of coffee and a sandwich. I ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado. I have only one word to describe the sandwich as… Amazing! I’m am local and I will definitely go back again for lunch. Might I add that they have probably the best desserts around town. That sample the very polite owner gave me was so delicious. If you haven’t tied this place is recommend you stop by and check them out.

So… I purposely avoid the big Ralphs acrross the street, the grocery store closest to my house, for two reasons. One, to patronize a local small business, and because being in a bit of rush — I wanted a sandwich fast. This place looked like a cute little coffee/sandwich place, and it appeared clean at first. When I got there, some old REALLY heavy guy was finishing a sandwich for somebody else. No problem, I can wait. But not only is he going really slow, he screws up the guys sandwich in a couple of ways, but the guys is nice enough and just pays. Ok…my turn. I ask for a turkey roast beef, and even though I do talk fast — he barely understood me. I had to repeat myself 3 times! Finally, he does it, and it’s 11:15, I figured — ok, 5 — 10 minutes tops! 11:40 I finally leave with a turkey roast beef sandwich, the roast beef being nuked before put on my sandwich, a bottle of water, and an ATM receipt for $ 9.75! I love frequenting local business’, but this is one to avoid, cost alone. Oh, and while I was trying to get him to finish mine, on top of him going so slow, he actually started having a semi-heated conversation with an old lady in Armenian and completely ignoring me(and progress on my lunch) for several minutes!
