McDonald’s

This place is underrated, been coming here for years and a special place for my son and I. Never have they messed up our order and the food is great. This is the only Mcdonalds in the mall so yes they are busy on the weekends and super packed. So if you don’t have time to wait for your big mac, take yo butt to subway near by!

Customer service is horrible, cashiers looks like is hell to work in here, no greeting, no smile, no ice and the drink station it’s dirty. I see people getting their wrong order

WORST McDonalds ever!
The customer service here is beyond horrible. The cashier I was attended by had such a bad attitude, it made me uncomfortable. The staff don’t seem to care about the customers either, except for the people who they seem to know.
I waited about 30min for my food and even then they were rude about giving me my food.
This restaurant is also dirty.
I definitely do not recommend this place.
Better off finding another one close by.

Ran out of powerade?!? You kidding me!?! Do some better forecasting McDonald’s manager. I had to settle for some lemonade light! #firstworldproblems

Terrible. Worst. Don’t waste your time. Takes them 20 minutes just to make an ice coffee and you can see watch them as they take their time and sometimes it doesn’t even taste right.

I don’t feel like anyone ever GOES to McDonald’s you just kinda end up there confused and full of over carbonated coke. This ones typically dirty, I’ve never had a bad experience with the employees but I’ve never had a great one either. The drink station is always messed up in one way or another– no ice, syrup instead of soda, etc.
This time I went and they didn’t have hot mustard OR ranch? Wtf???

Rude people here. Can’t get GMO induced orders right — simple orders like 1 sandwich.

Dirty place, all the tables were dirty including the floor.

I can understand why this McDonald’s has bad reviews the service is horrible! And the Big Macs taste weird.
I generally like McDonald’s because it’s cheap and convenient. When you’ve been shopping for 5 hours+ at the mall and you want to eat, but save money to buy more clothes/​shoes, McDonald’s is the place to go.
Customer Service:
I agree, these are the most unhappy McDonald’s workers that I’ve ever seen. I get that the job must be tough, but it sort of ruins your appetite to be served by people who are down right unpleasant, bitter and sour.
But their fries are so good, I completely disregard their bad service.sometimes.
There was one time where the worker didn’t want to accept my moms $ 10 bill, claiming that it was counterfeit (held it to the light and it was real!!) the lady was just trying to STEAL my moms money! She kept insisting that she needed to take it because my mom couldn’t have it. What in the world!!!
And once my little sister didn’t want the cheese that came in her HAMBURGER and we got it back with some sprinkled peppers in it. Who does that to a little kids meal!!!
I only come back because of the convenience, if anything I wish they’d get more pleasant and less sketchy workers.

I have been coming to this McDonalds for many years. I normally only get a soda here since its $ 1 (which is a great deal). The rest of the food is pretty standard for McD fare and I have not every had a bad visit. The staff is generally decent and try to help.

We needed a midday snack before having a late dinner with friends. Hubby came to check out the BR store at this Glendale Galleria.
So, we shared a strawberry smooth, $ 2.59. He said it was more of a strawberry icee but he saw them use real strawberries. Fries, $ 2.49. A bunch of school kids visit this place after school lets out. They have a fairly large dining area.

Ps: They are so busy and slow that even when you get your food, you can say you didn’t then you will get more… lol.

Wow I guess recession is really bad in America bcuz everyone in the freaking mall seems to be at McKee dezz (nuts). Lol The line gets so long sometimes ppl stand outside like there’s free food. Last I checked there’s a million other food joints to choose from people!!! Don’t be afraid to spare a couple dollars out of ur pockets.

I really like that there’s a McD’s inside the mall cuz I’m honestly not a big fan of food court food (it’s a bit pricey and not that great for wut it is). So, I almost always resort to McD’s or Subway or walk alllll the way across to get to In N Out or Americana. If I have no reason to go in that area, I almost always go to McD’s cuz I’m lazy to walk there =P
Noticed they don’t have the same promotions as stand alone McD’s and the prices seem a bit higher. Other than that, I can’t complain. I suppose I’m paying extra for the convenience. It’s always nice to bribe ur child w McD’s and stick them in the stroller to get a lil shopping done ;)
PS. I just discovered their chocolate dipped vanilla cones here yesterday and OMG. SO GOOD. I guess I don’t bother to pay attention to the menu cuz I always get the same thing at McD’s. Try it. It’s good. =)

Hm, well first of all when you enter, be prepared to be greeted by the classic golden yellow M — arch… so fun, all lit up~
Eh, speedy service. The lady wanted her ice cream cone NOW, but everything else was cool… can never go wrong with the med caramel iced coffee~ most favorite ever~

Worst of the worst. I should never go to a chain in the food court-​_​– They don’t run the same promotions =T They didn’t have the 50 mcnuggets for $ 10 and apparently you only get 6 sauces for 40 nuggets…6 nuggets per sauce container… really??? Ugh, should’ve just driven to the other McDs-​_​–
Not to mention, guy was totally rude and didn’t explain anything or listen and give me the sauces I asked for…

Like what Joe Rogan has stated about the Comedy Store on his Joe Rogan Experience podcast, it attracts some freaks and this McDonald’s does it fair share.
I have never once felt comfortable ordering from here and I guess that is one factor for me not eating at a McDonalds for several years now.
