McDonald’s

What is going on here? Up until about a week ago this drive-​thru was fine; orders correct, nice workers. Then suddenly it changed overnight. Now the workers are grumpy and orders are off. What changed???

Love their fries or let them know? These fries must have been old and heated over again. Disappointing since I haven’t had McDonald’s in a year.

Very dirty, not one clean table, floors are disgusting… never will be back. no wonder they’re doing bad.

Hate this place. Only buy from here since its 24 hours. Employees are rude. Orders are wrong 95% of the time and I have a severe food allergy and we address that at the order screen. My fries are ALWAYS stale. No joke. If this wasn’t 24 hours, I’d never go here again.

Came here for a nice lunch with my grandma. What we got was a nightmare. When we walked in, we almost coughed because of the extreme filth on the ground, tables, walls etc. how long has it been since you’ve used a mop? Months? It was supposed to be a nice lunch, not a horror movie. An employee finally came to the front after about 10 minutes of waiting. The food was terrible. The soda was flatter than a piece of paper. Felt sick afterwords. Had to shower as soon as I got home. Had to quarantine my poor grandma from our home. Almost died.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to… Manager’s are very rude and talk down to customers… go to McDonalds on 59^th ave and Bell… AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Horrific service. I know this is fast food but come on… Came for breakfast and they forgot to put butter in with the pancakes so I asked for a couple after I looked in the bag. The woman working was extremely rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience and said that I needed to ask when I ordered my food. Maybe if she had done her job right the first time I wouldn’t have to ask! Rude and idiotic workers

Very rude manager/owner?went through the drive through and ate my lunch in the parking lot in my vehicle. When I was finished I went inside to put more ice in my cup because the little bit they gave me had already melted. Before I could even get to the drink station I was being interrogated by the manager (who claimed to also be the owner). On my way inside the restaurant I threw my bag with receipt in the garbage. He wouldn’t even let me explain just kept interrupting me saying «I need your receipt I need your receipt» all I wanted anyway was a bit more ice for my powerade and I wasn’t about to go digging through the garbage for a receipt.

Not surprised to see such a low rating the manager stopes me from putting ice in a small water jug and tells me to go and buy a bag of ice. If it was a 5 gallon bucket I would understand but this just proves the rating score poor poor judgment

Dirty floors after they’ve been mopped they didn’t even move chairs because they were french fries on the floor where we were sitting tables were clean when we walked in at two in the afternoon I had to ask him to clean tables not too happy with this location in my own neighborhood!

I am only giving one star because giving ZERO stars is not an option. Extremely disappointed!!! I understand this is fast food and you shouldn’t expect much considering… I ordered an egg mcmuffin that was disgusting. The cheese resembled hard plastic as if it should be something in a children’s kitchen play-​set. The hash brown was ice cold in the center. I called and spoke with the managers (Sarah and Ivan) at this location. Again, I get that this was a fast food breakfast and I shouldn’t expect much. The two managers at this location shouldn’t represent ANY company. If I had to choose one of them to keep, I would possibly go with Sarah. They are both rude and unhelpful when it comes to having an issue. What ever happened to customer service? Apparently this location skips on that part of the training. The other manager Ivan comes across as very combative and makes snide unnecessary remarks. This location seriously lacks customer service and food quality.

Wrong food. Wrong attitude on fixing it.

In a pinch, this McDonald’s is one of our go-​to options for fast food. We can always get our fries extra crispy when necessary and we actually don’t mind waiting if they aren’t ready yet since they will bring them out fresh to our car. The person taking our order always speaks in a really clear voice and the on screen display is a good way to confirm the order. We have been in the store a few times as well as no complaints inside, but we mostly use the drive through. Their chicken sandwiches are excellent as well and set our standard for fast food chicken sandwiches with Chick-​fil-​a being higher (and more expensive) and Burger King being at the bottom (theirs is a fried «chicken flavored meat like substance, never going back to Burger King for a chicken sandwich).
We eat at odd hours so we never have to wait long to go through the drive thru.

Came to the drive thru placed my order which took over 4 minutes to get correctly (so I thought correctly) because he wasn’t listening. Then driving all the way home over 10 minutes to find out you can’t even get the order correctly. & you refuse to fix the issue you caused. Then you bring out your «head» manager and continue to argue with the customer. I thought the customer was always right, especially since this was YOUR fault. You don’t listen, you rush me out the drive thru. Yeah let’s just say this IS THE WORST MCDONALDS.

Terrible service, dirty nasty! Manager walking around behind counter people eating looking very unprofessional! Food on floor tables dirty! NO ONE CARES

Only come here if your really hungry and out of options. Took over ten minutes to get my food and sent back the fries as they were room temp. Should have sent back the burger too but I was hungry at this point. Counted five people behind the counter and two people in front of me. Horrible.

Customer Service lacking! Cleanliness Null & Void!!!

Mango Pineapple Smoothies — like crack… without the nasty side effects!
This McDonald’s is super fast… like lightning! Don’t ever be afraid of a long line in the drive-​through.
I honestly only ever go to McDonalds for a quick drink ^^see comment above^^… or while on roadtrip for the kids (nuggets are easy, no mess, finger food in the car).

Leo Getz must have frequented this one.

Forgot my hash browns in a Big Breakfast. –4 stars.
Everything else was great. +1 star.
Eggs were not dry or over cooked.
Biscuit was fresh.
Sausage juicy.
Hotcakes fluffy.
Hash browns — I wouldn’t know because I didn’t get them!

This is by far not the best McD’s I’ve been to. It tends to be rather messy and unclean in here, food is just as good as any other McD joint. The reason it is 3 stars and not 2 is because it’s drive-​thru option tends to be faster than other McDonalds.
