McDonald’s

Come here a lot for breakfast with the kids before school. This is the best McDonalds I have been to in a while. The service is fast and consistently good. The employees even start to remember your special orders. I always do dine in.

All I can say is «wow» to how long it actually took this location to get us through the drive-​thru. I ordered a tea cut in half, verifying it with the speaker guy, with the man who took my money, and then again with the man who finally handed me my order; alas it was not a half cut tea after all. I understand people make mistakes, but this experience was brutal.

GO TO THE McDONALDS IN THE WALLMART ON UNION HILLS. TRUST ME.
I have gotten better Micky D’s in Kentucky at midnight driving across the country.
THE FOOD IS CONSISTANTLY INCONSISTANT.
The staff is consistantly Inconsistant… ever changing and Unfocussed, Uncaring and Uninvolved. The play area so close to home made us keep trying. NO MORE
I take the time to drive to the busiest walmart in the area get my food and then go to the park for the kids.
The fries are always cold. The burgers are ok but the buns stale. The order is consistantly wrong 7 times out of 10. The staff doesnt care and acts like your the problem, even when you get the order for the person behind you…
Makes both parents do that «uh-​oh» glance.
Talking to a manager is useless, its always someone elses fault. Then you wait 20 minutes for the fix while the correct food goes cold.
Not once… not twice… multiple times in 4 years… amazing …even the Circle K workers attached apologoze gor the deplorable mcdomalds attached.
McDonalds would spare us and the stockholders if they just shut this one down.

I like this McDonald’s because it’s so close to my house. I go there a lot. They are really good at serving and being kind, but sometimes they forget what you are ordering and remember right when they see you. It’s like as if you were never there in the first place. But otherwise the food is great.

This McDonald’s is the worst always dirty and they never get your order right I don’t know why I keep going –I think I won’t any more

Thanks for the boiled milk and sausage mcmuffin! Exactly what I wanted when I ordered hot chocolate and an egg and cheese mcgriddle. I also really wanted to be hit on by high schoolers who would rather write notes on napkins than do their jobs correctly!
JUST KIDDING. I wanted breakfast, not a note from little boys. I wanted to get the money back on my card but the manager I spoke to told me I had to come all the way back in despite me having the receipt and card number. That’s weird because I initially called the wrong McDonald’s and that manager was going to put the money back on my card until it turned out I had called the wrong one.
I’m a vegetarian. If this is an issue of thinking I’m trying to pull a fast one and get a free breakfast, I assure you I have no intention of eating this garbage. Now I’m a few dollars poorer than I was 30 minutes ago, and just as hungry.

Ok, McDonald’s is McDonald’s but this is my favorite location. It is a little bit smaller then most because it is attached to a gas station, but the play area for the kids is great! The play area is actually about as big as the rest of the place.
The people are always friendly and it is always the little things like that which can separate on franchise restaurant location from the other. The other super cool thing was that they were giving out backpacks to the kids as a going back to school promotion. Just something fun that the kids were super excited about.

Every time we ordered drive through they seem to forget something. Also some of the cashiers don’t offer receipt either and don’t apologize for not giving everything you paid for. I used to drive off and find out at work or home then I started checking right there before I drove off, then I decided not to go.

I recommend this McDonald’s over the Jack-​in-​the-​Box nearby (see my review). Service here is consistent with the occasional hiccup associated with fast food places (e.g., wrong burger or no sauce). Occasionally you get someone working the window who fails to greet you and seems to be in a bit of a trance. However, the service is generally good and you are «in and out» (drive-​thru or inside) in little to no time.
All-​in-​all: Good place to eat with generally good service.

Best McDobalds I’ve ever been to. There fries are always fresh. They have messed up my order only once but they knew right away when I went through the drive thru. All other McDonalds are ruined for me.

Service has always been fast and correct. No errors in the drive through yet. Inside is clean and for the most part the employees are friendly.
