Sonic Drive-In

Horrible customer service. Impatient and extremely rude! Employees rushed through order which in turn, made the process even longer. Very disappointed.

Came here around 10:30pm at night on a Tuesday night with my friend, parked a little further away. Pressed the button, the guy tells us for safety reasons, that we need to go thru drive thru or park at a closer spot. Completely understand. Parked on the side where it’s brighter and facing the building so they don’t have to cross the road. Again, same spiel, too far away. Okay… What? Are you playing us? Went forward two more stalls… Finally was able to order. Then a little later, this car pulls up to two spots down from us, which is the spot that is «too far away for them to deliver to.» And guess what, the guy was able to order and get his food delivered. What? What?! We got played. I would of gone elsewhere for a cheaper and yummier Reese’s ice cream if my friend wasn’t ready to order.
Their sonic blasts are good but expensive compared to other fast food places, tater tots are good and that’s about it. Chicken tenders are hard as a rock most the time. Corn dogs are pretty good. Hot dogs aren’t. Watermelon slushies are good. That’s it!

Went for the first time last night, and had ice cream sundaes. They were awesome. The customer service was simple but good.

If you are going through the Drive-​Thru, be prepared to wait for a very long time before they even respond!!! Customer Service is terrible also!!!

Love this place. A nice way to stay hydrated in this heat.
My only complaint is, the charging for ice water. WTH, I mean I never ever just order water. I always get my daughter her fav «blue pop» (ocean water) and some sandwhiches, I just always order an ice water for myself & think it is a crappy/​unprofessional thing for a biz in this hot state to charge for water!
I always keep change in my car, so I can tip the kid a $ 1 even when using my debit card. The kids are always nice, not their fault company charges for water in AZ.

Cherry Limeaid YUM enough said!

I ordered 2 slushs. Got my total, drove up to the window to pay. Waited for 4 minutes and they opened the window to say «we are out of slushes» ugh, why couldnt they just tell me that to begin with

Route 44 cherry slushy with extra cherry juice at 9pm. Cost me $ 2.09 and such a treat it reminded me of I what state I was in! Had the trip been any more stressful, I would have put a little (or a lot) of vodka in it and then I would have more to say!
Nice service and great drink!

What’s a good way to make up for a night of getting all dressed up and just standing around?
I answer that question with, Sonic. Open late and providing decent food and beverage is always a good look. Snack sized Popcorn Chicken and a Cherry Limeade Slush, was just the tits. Couldn’t ask for a better way to wrap up the evening. Service was a little slow for my tastes, one star dockage, but all and all, good filling stuff.
Now I’m just hoping to fall asleep soon.
