They have the absolute worst customer service ever. If you have the patience to waste up to an hour and a half past your appointment time, you may end up getting a nice manicure and a pedicure.

I’m going to Vegas tomorrow and had been so busy that I didn’t have time to book an appointment for pedicure. This nail salon accommodated me and my friend last minute so I thought why not? First off, the one star was for the foot massage that was ok but was done quickly. Then it seemed going well but then they hurried me up prolly because my friend and I were the last customers. They said I could go and my toe nails were dry. I haven’t left yet and I saw that the polish already wrinkled and messy. I told them and they kind of fixed it(didn’t even removed everything and just sort of put new layer on top) but because AGAIN it wasn’t dry and they hurried to put top coat, it was again wrinkled. To make matters worse, I had to wear my flats to drive because those foam slippers they gave me broke as soon as I left the salon. Now I paid money to have ugly pedicure. Won’t go back to this one.

I had my pedicure done at this place 2 months ago and my toe still hurts like hell because of the way they cut my nail. My manicure looked aweful as well. Just stay away from this place

I have gotten my eyebrows done here on more than one occasion. They do a great job and it costs $ 8, can’t really beat that.

The first time I came here I was very pleased. The couple times I went after its just like the other reviews you see here. They rush and are not sensitive when it comes to handling your hands and feet! I would not recommend this place.

When I got there I waited 10 mins for someone to attend me but I love how my nails came out.

From 2005 – 2013 me and my mom were going to that nail salon. We were really happy customers always giving generous tips to Mary. Suddenly she became rude and disrespectful. I wanted an appointment she was rejecting that she she does not have any so i went last year and do she does not have any clients. Do we stopped going there. With their attitude they are loosing good customers.

Just got my nails done in 15 minutes. No massage, filed really ugly, and cut me twice. They look horrible and it smells like food in here. I will never come here again.

All the reviews are right on! I used to live in the area so I would stop by once in a while. I stopped going there because of their lack of manners. The girls speak their language and by the look on their faces, it’s obvious they are making fun of the customers. They all turn around and look at the customer being made fun of. I was in the area a few days ago so I decided to stop by. Big time error!

DONOTCOMEHERE. Mary has a disgusting attitude and asked me not to come back(after being a customer since 2002) and go to my former nail tech because I asked her to file my nail a little more. I believe it’s her job to pay attention to detail and make sure her customers are satisfied and will actually want to come back. All the techs here talk crap about their customers since they stare, talk, and laugh at everyone. They tend to make your fingers bleed and put acrylic glue on it to make it stop bleeding which is ridiculous. I’m never going back and that’s for sure.

Where should I start. Made an appointment, didnt start until a while after. I come in with a friendly energy, as they are rude. Best part is, as I was getting my nails filed, she continously kept going over my skin and not once apologized for doing so. My fingers felt like they were on fire! Hate it.

Not the best place to have mani/pedi, but if you are really rushing and forgot to make an appointment somewhere else, this is your place. Don’t forget to have some cash to pay for mani/pedi and their tip. Do not accept check or CC. Kim is one of the best of them. Barly English speaker here.

I don’t know what I was thinking going here. Besides the fact that the place looks horrible they also have horrible service. I had a appointment, got there 5 minutes early and I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. The girls name was Mary, she didn’t even apologize she said I can’t run on time. Then what’s the point for an appointment. My nails looked ok, but I rather go someone else where they actually want to keep their customers coming back.

Not a fan anymore! Use to go here all the time in high school, and as the years have gone on the work just gets sloppier and sloppier. Dont expect a extensive good quality polish rack either. And they have a bitchy attitude for some reason also. There cheap thats it!

KIM is my girl! Have been going here for 8 years now. She is the best. If you are looking for a CHEAP mani pedi NOSPA fast in n out then this is the place. Dont go here if you want a fancy shmancy nail place that caters to every one of your needs. Its not nice looking I just go in get my nails done and im out. If I want to be pampered I do not go here. Good thing they didnt let me in because i had a 13lb silky terrier with me… I see the ladies in the shops are pretty bitchy, saw their faces when i asked to get my nail done cause of my dog. Not my loss, i went down the street and found a better nail salon who allowed my dog in. Thanks!

Used to go here years ago and just stopped Going for no reason. I recently went back and wondered why I ever left. They have always done a good job, for a good price, and the best part is I can always walk in and get a good job done(never gotten an appointment yet).

WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING seriously. do not go there… if you want to be «blood free» unless you like the pain. some people actually do. –_-;;; weird huh. lol when i went there. they CUTMYSKIN. RIPPEDMYSKIN. ANDWHAT’S WORSE? they were putting acetone on them… OUCH! and filed my skin when it’s bleeding!!! i was gonna get my money refunded. but it was soooo painful that i ran out. oh yea by the way. 3 fingers on left and 2 fingers on right were affected. and i’m a lefty. eeeeeek… i had bandaids on my fingers for the whole 3 ½ days. lol poor little fingers. (also btw, i was trying to click several times to «undo» the 1 star for the rating. because i wanted to give them 0 star… but it didn’t work lol)

WARNING: If you do not care about how your nails turn out… do not read the follow: So mani+pedi for 17.99, good deal right… WRONG!!! This place is by far the worst place I’ve been to for a mani/pedi. I arrive with my friend and quickly I’m rushed to pick a color as all eyes in the room stare at me to pick a color. So I’m looking at their«selection of professional nail liquor» blahhh and can’t find anything! After a few color tests, I chose a light lavender. So the lady tells me to sit on this empty chair(random chair not even a manicure station) and a lady comes to do my pedicure. A little too hard on the scrubbing. Also, apparently they don’t understand the word short because I had to have her redo it 3 times. So THEN I get asked to walk up and leave across the floor to the manicure station to where the nail polish was done. Then came the manicure… oh boyyyy. Let’s just say that was a big waste of money. Uneven cutting, uneven filing, uneven nail polish. Do these people call themselves«professionals.» After a couple of times of correcting her and asking her to not cut my nail at an angle and file evenly, I lost all hope… I just tried to keep my cool. I walk out, see that my nails have bare spots, some nails are filed diagonally –_– and already the top coat is worn out. NEVERGOINGBACK!!! Do not be fooled by their low prices, it’s worth the extra 5 to go to someone who knows how to do this stuff… Oh and I too came out with bleeding cuticles OUCH!
