Weird … They don’t even say hi when you walk in … I walked in ready to add another pair of boots to my collection and not one mf helped me or asked if I needed assistance … I held the boots and looked at them at the counter not a peep. Just because I’m dressed in all black and look elegant doesn’t mean I don’t wear or have street style or know that you guys are blasting Tory Lanez… Ugh … Man just because you work there don’t mean you own the company … Customer Service needs revamp.

Good customer service but I didn’t pick up the shoes I wanted but the employee helped get them for me online. I live in Oregon and came to Glendale specifically to that store. I found the shoes I wanted but I couldn’t purchase them because one show was in size 10 and the was in size 9 in the same box. Long story short I got my shoes delivered to me. It was sad I couldn’t get them the same day but they helped me out great job guys.

Palladium has been my footwear staples for years… I love its unique history; its design and durability.
The brand can be purchased online these days, but I like to shop at THIS particular store for my hiking needs.
Also, these boots are excellent for the East Coast snowy winter.
The store display is eye-catching; the customer service is always top-notch; and the background music is continuously pumpin’ :-)))
On this day, the guys are super cool & friendly. They accommodated my particular requests and surely secured future businesses. Thank you!

Palladium started in 1920 to make tires for the aviation industry. Tires. After WWII Palladium decided to start producing footwear as hardcore as their tires. In 1947 the legendary Pampa boot was born, and was eventually adopted by the French Foreign Legion. A BADASS history behind some badass EDC shoes.
Awesome, brand new store in the Glendale Galleria (open for a month and a week, early September 2011!!!) with great customer service. The lady behind the counter was VERY helpful, knowledgable and answered all of my questions. When I didn’t think she was right (she said all of the shoes are sized a half size large) and I tried to go the same size or even smaller, I was wrong and ate my words. :)
Very kind and the prices are reasonable. I don’t think I’ll need another pair of every day shoes for a while. I am verrrry happy with my Chocolate Leather Pampa Hi’s. ^^
