Sneakerheads like myself always flock to new shoe stores, so naturally when this place opened, I had to check it out. The first trip was very successful, as I found a pair of Air Jordan 1 high tops that had been sold out everywhere for months. There they were, sitting on display. They only had a size 12 left, but that’s only a half size above what I wear, so they fit fine. I was very happy to find them. Since then, I’ve found quite a few pairs of sneakers I’m searching for, and Angel, one of the employees there, has always been very cool with me and helpful. He got to know me early on because he knew I was going to be a repeat customer. He learned my name, what I do for a living, what kinds and brands of shoes I like, etc. I like when employees make an effort to get to know their customers, and this place does that well. They always greet everyone who walks in, and they are always on the go, never slacking or lounging around. I recommend them as an alternative to Foot Locker or Champs, especially if you are looking for premium sneakers. They often have pairs long after Foot Locker, Champs and Finish Line have sold out. Great shoe store!

As a manager of a competing shoe store in the mall, its hard for me to admit that I even walked into this store. I love the brand I work for, but I was looking for something Vans couldn’t provide. I walked in and was greeted within ten seconds. The same salesperson who greeted me approached me again to offer some help. I was only looking and I didn’t want to waste his time, but he insisted I wasn’t a bother. After talking about what I was looking we agreed on a pair and I tried them on. They were comfortable and stylish. If it wasn’t for the salesperson(I believe his name was Danny, number on receipt was 46026) I would’ve walked out empty handed. Products don’t always sell themselves, so its important to knowledgeable associates. Danny made the experience pleasant. Like we say at Vans, he made me his«5 minute friend». My shopping experience was near perfect, but the music was way too loud and I had a hard time hearing Danny. Also, I recommend that you guys start wearing name tags, so your shoppers know the names of their salesperson. Its difficult to find great customer service in retail. In most stores I walk in and out without anybody saying a word to me. This is what we strive for at Vans and I hope you guys come in so we can do the same for you!
