Awesome shoes. The manager and sales guy Eric was awesome. So helpful and had a good eye for style. My teenager really appreciate his help and great customer service.

Obnoxiously loud music, even for a Van’s store. Only one employee in the back shoe area so I asked the person not helping anyone at the register for help. I was instructed to wait until the person in the back was finished with the other people. Maybe this person was the manager and doing something more important than helping customers (reading a few sheets of paper), but she just lost a sale for multiple pairs of shoes. Yoohoo… a guy standing there with numerous shopping bags, wanting to try on shoes is probably there to buy.
