I don’t know how anyone could give these guys anything but 5 star reviews. You get personal and experienced service.
I was able to replace an Irritrol control unit for irrigation with information and replacement unit here several years ago. After a while, the motherboard power started going out sporadically.
I called Sprinkler World up thinking I would have to replace my control unit again… the gentlemen told me to bring it in for them to look at and fix.
So I took out my motherboard and the control unit and came to the store. Amazingly, the folks there were able to quickly diagnose the issue (weak solder points that were cracking). They re-​applied soldier to the motherboard at all of the key spots for me, and then thoroughly tested the unit to ensure everything was working!
Best of all, they did this for free! I am astounded at this level of customer service. You cannot get great customer service like this these days.
Thanks to the amazing customer service, I will always buy and use Sprinkler World products and services.

I normally don’t review these types of places, but my experience with them was poor enough that I’d be remiss if I didn’t say something.
Called them up and asked if they sold shovels, was told they have all kinds. Asked if they specifically stocked irrigation shovels and I get, «Well, we have shovels for irrigation,» which is not really an answer. Strike one.
So I clarify that I’m looking for a specific kind of shovel called an irrigation shovel, also known as a caprock shovel, I explain. Awkward silence ensues, after which I explain in detail what a caprock shovel is, looks like and what you use it for. Still no dice, it was like I was speaking in tongues or something. Strike two.
Finally, at an impasse, I was then referred to their website to look up the part #, which isn’t even possible since there’s no such mechanism on their website. Strike three.
For a place that touts itself as having all things irrigation and being a fount of knowledge (no pun intended), they really need to get a clue. For a store in the irrigation supply business, much less one who sells shovels, it is incredibly disappointing (not to mention counter intuitive) that they don’t stock any actual irrigation shovels. That they don’t even know what one is, that’s just ridiculous.

Totally agree with the positive reviews. Awesome bunch of sales people who take time to explain everything perfectly. Sure beats Home Depot hands down.

These people are awesome and know what they are talking about when it comes to sprinklers. I had a bad diaphragm on one of my sprinkler valves and Home Depot nor Lowes had it a replacement. This place has everything when it comes to sprinklers. I will be going here in the future for all my sprinkler needs, glad I found this place! Great customer service as well.
