Wow! Worst experience at Starbucks ever. Not only did they need to remake my unsweetened black tea with no water 3 times but when Henry handed me a green tea and I informed him that I ordered a black tea and he was very rude. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks on a daily basis and really do not appreciate Henry having an attitude & being rude because he is having a bad day. Can honestly say I would drive out of my way to avoid going to this Starbucks in the future.

I love my iced coffee.
This location is located just inside the Frys grocery store.
It’s not a full Starbucks free standing location.
They also cannot redeem your Starbucks rewards like a «regular» start bucks location can.
Polite and friendly staff who are always extremely helpful.

I used to love this place, but all the employees I enjoyed are gone and they can’t retain new employees. It’s an ongoing problem. What’s going on over here within the last year? High turnover. Perhaps speaking with management will help?

Located inside Frys Grocery Store, can be a lol hectic on Sarurdays due to families buying groceries. However customer service is good. All the fall drinks are in, make sure you come try it out
