Starbucks

Excellent drive-​thru service. The employees all have a great attitude, always smiling and asking about your day. Oscar is the best, always working with a smile on his face and providing amazing service. Have not had any issues with my orders here. If you’re in a rush, this is the drive-​thru to go to!

First off let me say, every morning when I do come OSCAR makes my morning. Fantastic customer service!!! I love for him to be the person taking my order in the am. This is my usual to go to Starbucks, since it is by my home. Usually I get good service. But the last two times this week that I have been to Starbucks was not good. I ordered a iced caramel mochiatto on Wednesday morning, asked for a bit of extra Caramel since they out very little anyways. When I got my venti drink literally ¹⁄₃ of my cup was full of caramel syrup, it’s like it was a joke and done on purpose because I asked for more caramel. Then today I went. Thru drive thru, around 1:38. The mocha java chip tasted nothing like how it’s suppose too. If I had time to go back in I would have to get another one because it was horrible. To top that off the lady who was working the window today was a bit rude. I was asking her if she could add a cup of water and the drive thru window had closed on me and she was on her ear speaker talking and she came back to the window so it could open and said «WHAT» … Like who does this what kind of customer service was that. I wasn’t being rude. I’ve never been treated that way by and employee here.
Over all This location is SLACKING off with their drinks! They used to be so good. Now their being sloppy.

Can somebody tell me what all those guys who hang out in the parking lot are doing? I swear, a bunch of guys in their late teens through 20s just take up parking spots and stand around their hoods talking. Can’t you go to a park or someone’s house for that? They leave a mess when they finally leave. Makes going to Starbucks here so difficult because they just STARE at you when you walk out of your car… As if you’re not supposed to park in their parking lot.
If you’re able to find a spot and go inside, it’s pretty spacious. Lots of seats, but it’s also pretty busy as well. I’m going to guess it’s because the high school is nearby. There are some tables outside in front, but those are usually full as well. It’s a newer Starbucks so the décor inside is modern.
Other than that, I’ll choose the drive thru… It’s pretty damn quick and so far, they haven’t messed up an order. The baristas are friendly too.

This Starbucks location is the worst I’ve been to. Got my order wrong 3 times in one visit. 3 fucking times. Idiots. A grande caramel frappé with no whip took 15 – 20 min. Wow. This little Asian dude with a mushroom haircut is the biggest idiot. They need new management

I am taking away one star because all of their iphone 6 powermat chargers don’t work. Hopefully, they provide new ones so it’s easier to charge without having to use your cord chargers.

Probably one of the best starbucks I’ve been to! First of all, Oscar is my main man! He makes every single customer that goes thru the drive thru feel welcomed and special… which I mean, sounds ridiculous, but I mean it. He is such a gem to interact with pre-​coffee-​intake :) secondly, the drive thru can get pretty crowded during peak times but it moves so damn fast (and is faster than going inside most times)!!! I have never had an issue with my drink order either. Overall, I have made this my main sbux!

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. Great customer service… the baristas are always cheery and helpful. The best part for me is that they always have my mobile order ready for me to pick up when I get there. If there’s one thing I’d have to complain about, it’ll be the lack of seating area. The tables are always occupied. Other than that, it’s perfect. Love this place!

My first stop after leaving my house. I absolutely love this location. The drive thru lines are at times long but move pretty fast. The employees are so awesome, and welcoming! Great service and quality drinks :)

Unfortunately this is the closest drive thru starbucks to me but the service is getting worse and worse. Initially when they first opened everyone was professional and friendly, but more and more I’m coming across people who are just unbelievable unprofessional. I had a complaint and asked to speak to the manager, they put someone name «Shane» on the line. With how he answered me I truly do not believe he is a manager. Nevertheless, he was unapologetically and sarcastically answered me. Then cut me off saying he «has a line out the door and could no longer talk.» First of all, I just came from there– no! there is no line. Second, as a manager you do not talk to customers like that. Since I got the Brush off, then off to customer service and to the district manager I go…

When you’re having a bad day and you hear that Oscar is going to be at the window. Oscar always welcomed you to the window you can’t help but smile. The staff is pretty quick with making orders and getting them to you.

The fastest drive thru Starbucks we’ve ever been. We are visiting from the Bay Area and so far two out of two days we got the same speed and awesome customer service! Definitely going back here the whole time we’ll be here.

I’m going to say this is the best Starbucks ever great service very fast drive thru and Oscar is just a nice guy with an amazing attitude! Great way to start my day

I went through the Drive Thru (which was VERY speedy, btw). When I got back to my office, BEFORE I took my first sip, I decided to open up the lid to my Pumpkin Spice Latte and I see that my cup is only ²⁄₃ full!
…What was *worse* is that it had ZERO pumpkin spice flavor (not even a hint!)…Made me think I got a regular latte instead, even though the order sticker on my cup says it’s a PSL.
Oh well. That was a waste of my Starbucks gift card
UPDATE: Since my last review, I went back to the same Starbucks & requested that they reimburse me for my previous experience… I wanted the credit placed back on my gift card. She did that AND offered me a new pumpkin spice latte on the spot. I said that I preferred to get something to eat instead, so I got a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. She said, «Are you sure you don’t want a drink? It’ll be on the house». Since I was trying to avoid caffeine, she offered a «Pumpkin Cream», and brought me the largest size they have… It was delicious! I was thankful for the courteous service and how they made up for the previously bad experience… I’ve brought the rating up from 2 to 4 stars.

I’m surprised by all of these negative reviewers!
I hit this spot up all the time since its closest to my house and I have to say this location is the quickest at getting orders out.
The drive through literally only takes 60 seconds when there’s 4 cars in front of you. I’m not even exaggerating.
I also have to mention that the guy at the drive thru OMAR or OSCAR (not sure which name it is lol) is AWESOME. He goes above and beyond with customer service and is always so pleasant. He’s a great addition to this Starbucks location.
Part of the reason I come to this Starbucks is because I know the workers are quick, efficient and friendly.

I am seriously confused by the negative reviews. The employees at this location hustle. It is by far the fastest drive thru I have ever experienced.
I also like going inside. It’s very nice, spacious, and they have a charging station. The food and beverage pretty much the same. I will say this: there is no personal connection to the baristas because they are just moving so quickly. But that’s ok — I just want my stuff and get moving.

The worst Starbucks with horribly rude employees! So let me get this straight I’m supposed to wait in line when I place an order online? Is that the case and the mobile site must be wrong when it states «pick up order from barista»
Btw… I waited at least 3 minutes before I asked for my order.
Management needs to do something about that loud mouth condescending barista making drinks and talking down to customers. Too bad I didn’t get his name.
Everyone will know how bad this Starbucks is by word of mouth. I will purposely go out of my way and go to a different location then deal with this location.

This Starbucks used to be a go-​to for us since it’s so convenient and close by, but unfortunately it’s gotten worse and worse each time we go and at this point, I would rather drive further away and go to another Starbucks then come back here.
Just today a worker who’s name I couldn’t see too well but I’m guessing the name tag said «Jaguar,» managed to get both our drinks wrong, and once we told him there must have been a misunderstanding because our drinks weren’t how we wanted them, he replied VERY rudely, and honestly seemed like he was trying to argue, immature. Personally I don’t like dealing with workers like this, especially if I’m grabbing my morning coffee lol.
If you can’t get the orders right & you have rude workers well… thanks, but no thanks! Won’t be coming back…

This is a lovely Starbucks, it’s very spacious and you don’t feel pact in like sardines. There is plenty of seating inside as there is outside.
The partners seem very stressed out at this location. There was maybe one person ahead of me, and yet they were running around with frantic looks on their faces. Perhaps it’s because of their drive thru, which does get heavy lines.
I saw a manager just walking around smiling, not really helping his team out.
I ordered a venti iced coffee with 5 pumps caramel syrup. (it’s cheaper then a macchiato, with more coffee). I was charged a venti, but received a grande.
I told them this, and they just poured the drink into a venti cup. They were also about to pour milk into my drink, when it says on the cup no milk.
These are simple mistakes that can easily be avoided with properly trained baristas and a well trained leader.

Never had a problem here. Drinks are always made to my specifications. Service is always friendly.
Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line just like at any other drive thru places, it just depends on if you’re there during peak times. If you go during these peak times, it’s reasonable to have to wait a little longer since you don’t want to get your lazy butt out of your car, like me!
They have drive thru… I’m very happy!!!

This one just opened up near me and is open until MIDNIGHT (although I’ve been booted at 11:20). I’m seeing people complain about the drive-​through line, but the line inside has never been bad, and once the drive-​through was backed up and not a single person was in line inside. Bingo!
Agreed that the baristas are young, but I’ve never had them be anything but friendly, and sometimes downright chatty (which I would never engage in if anyone were behind me in line, I swear). They do talk to their friends, and sometimes that can get loud, but this isn’t a library regardless of if I have work to do.
Other than the convenience to where I live, I prefer this location to the other local Starbucks that’s open late (Eagle Rock and York) because it isn’t completely full of Oxy students taking all the chairs. I’ve always been able to find seats, if not at one of the little tables, then at the counter facing Colorado, or the other night there were actually seats at the big communal table, which I found has a power strip running the length of the underside of it; outlets for all! There are actually very few spots in which an outlet isn’t reachable, which is handy. A lot of people come armed with laptops.
Plenty of parking, not everyone observes the no smoking policy on the patio. I’ll say that overall, yes the workers’ attitude is maybe somewhat unprofessional, but I’ve never had issues, and one time when they forgot my drink, the person I asked about it promptly apologized and upsized it. So long as I have paperwork to do, I’ll be back.
