Technofix Office Products

I had a trivial service issue on a small device, and was willing to let them try to fix it. Was willing to pay for the labor whether or not it worked. They were rude, patronizing, and dismissive. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence without interruption.
It was OK with everyone else in their little storefront since even the manager smiled and said nothing. No worries, I shall open it up and work on it myself.

The company I work for has an MFC Brother 9320CW and we got two error messages, we have been having problems with this printer constantly and have not had someone come look at it until recently. I called Brother and they gave me Technofix’s information, I let the lady at Technofix know what error messages we were getting and she let us know that Ruben would come in the next day to fix it and bring the parts that were needed (Replacement of PF Kit and Fuser) Ruben was super friendly and helpful! He came in and started working right away and fixed it within 30−40minutes. He was very polite and let us know that everything was fixed. Two days later we got another error and called Technofix again, Ruben came back to our office the same day and fixed the error (It seemed as if our belt was broken, but he fixed the part with no charge because no item needed to be replaced)
Overall they had great customer service and are very reliable! Thanks Ruben!

Got my Brother laser printer/​copier repaired by Technofix. Everyone I talked to there was friendly and helpful. I had been thinking it might not be worth repairing the printer and might need to just replace it. To be honest, I am always afraid of getting ripped off by repair shops. I tried to fix the printer myself and took the cover off the side to inspect the mechanism. Internet searches suggested a sticking solenoid. Couldn’t figure it out myself. Was afraid they would charge me extra for my futile attempt, but instead Ruben gave me a discount for having started the job. Yes, it was the solenoid. Very reasonable price. They finished the repair in less than two days. Printer is back in service. This company was just a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.

Had a horrific week with my Brother printer and was ready to throw it out the window after dealing with them on the phone for over 4 hours.
Brother told me I would have to contact a authorized service repair center. After calling around to 5 repair shops Technofix was the most upfront and honest.
The 5 repair shops, all had DIFFERENT CURES and the prices got steeper… It seems fixing a printers is sort of like going to get your car fixed, never know if they’re doing exactly what is needed and they could add extra stuff you don’t really need.
Anyway, for $ 10 extra Tecnofix comes to your house. My computer was too heavy to move so within 1 hour at my house, I watched as my printer was fixed right in front of me.
Very convenient, fast service and pleasant to deal with.
Woman who answers phones is very helpful as well as rest of staff and Ruben who repaired my machine was great! Highly recommend.
