Food is fresh and hot and you can taste the difference from other locations and their service is awesome favorite location

I’ve been craving for Chicken and I couldn’t help myself to go here. I don’t care if they have promo or not but I want some crispy chicken! I don’t care about the calories too. YOLO! I walked in here and they have a 14pc meal which is 14pcs chicken you can mix like original, crispy and grilled on top of that you can get 3 large side(it’s your choice) AND6biscuits. :) AWESOME! Sabina took my order and she is very polite and nice! I was asking her some questions because I couldn’t decide which one I want. Well thank you Sabina for being patient to me and polite. I will come be here. Excellent customer service!

These days I barely eat at KFC, maybe twice a year. Now it seems I’ll be giving it up for good. The food is just ok, and the service at this specific location is horrible. They NEVER have the original breast pieces, nor do they offer to make any. The girl that typically works late nights has the worst attitude and it takes every ounce of strength to not let her have it.

Hope my son outgrows his KFC obsession soon, because I dread every visit. Had to repeat my order of 2 family meals about 8 times and each time it was repeated back to me it was wrong. Not surprisingly when I got home the order was wrong. Service is always rude, unfriendly and confused. Stay away if you can!!!

Well I came to this place looking for a pot pie. We got and the parking is not the best. The food is fine. But the service so far not so great. We walked in and it took almost 4 minutes before anyone on the crew even acknowledge we were even there. The cashier Cynthia was not friendly at all. I kind of got the feeling we were bothering her. And the look she gave me when I asked for butter was not the best either. I’m not sure I’ll ever be back to this location again.

Rainy weather i wanted to try a pot pie… Only to find the kfc that had been in my neighborhood all my life closed down. Came to this location. Pot pie was ok. Cashier was not friendly. I went to the counter after for a refill. Mind you we were the only 2 people in the store, i was standing there, the guy saw me standing there, his cell rang, he chose to answer his cell before helping a customer. Whack.

Two shady teenagers running the kitchen in the back + no customer service skills + missing items in the order you purchased = a terrible experience. Save your time and money and go somewhere else(like the Popeyes a few blocks away)

This little Kentucky fried chicken on Wilson and Verdugo Road is really quite nice friendly hot food taste great not sure why they are counting the money on the floor but other than that I like it. only three stars but still better than the other reviews.

This place deserve —-5 stars. THEWORSTPLACEEVER. DONTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY!!! It’s 8:00pm and they don’t have most items. They basically gave me leftover when they close at 10:00pm. AVOIDTHISPLACE!!! The employees don’t make this place any better. Maybe the manager should fire the whole team and get a whole new team who will give good customer service and have the store running right.

I had the 5 dollar«value» meal. I had the fried chicken/mashed potato combo with drink and cookie, and I must say that this particular item was the most vile, unpleasant, putrid, disgusting, repulsive,(or any other associated synonym) I can think of. In fact, I would not wish this upon my greatest enemies. This particular item is best served on Death Row or at Guantanamo Bay. I had better mashed potatoes from instant mix at the dollar store. The corn thrown in is an odd choice, and made for an unpleasant synergy in the mix. The chicken, what chicken? There were bits of fried skin in it. I did not taste any chicken. The gravy was coagulated and looked like it was made hours ago. The cheese looked like it had been put in a microwave as you can clearly see the uneven formed streaks of half cooked, half that drizzled along the rancid gravy. Absolutely disgusting. I spent $ 5.45 on this and I want a refund! I took a couple bites and just tossed it. Normally, I don’t even bother writing scathing reviews to the company, but I felt compelled to this time. This quite possibly might be the worst thing I’ve eaten at a casual fast food restaurant. I cannot comprehend how this product came to be known as the«famous bowl.» It should be corrected to «infamously bad bowl.» That’s a more accurate description. AVOIDATALL cost! Eat literally any other option available!

I come to this location because it’s the closest but it really is pretty terrible. The customer service is lacking and more than half the time they mess up an order. Sometimes they’re stingy with sauces and when you ask for napkins or anything else in the drive through they’ll either forget or give you literally one napkin. I mean, I’m not gonna eat a a whole family meal by myself…

This is the worse KFC I have ever been to. The chicken and potatoe wedges were dry and greasy. Totaly disgusting. They gave me a hard time about my coupon even though the expiration date was a month away. They said they had never seen it before and called their manager to verify. They accepted it but said that they wouldn’t accept it again. What?! Staff is rude, food is horrible and I will never return.

Be sure to double check when requesting a custom order. I don’t like thighs and requested a substitute of drumsticks, which they were happy to oblige. I thought it would be a simple change but I went home to be greeted by two happy thighs. This has happened on both occasions.

Long wait… funny thing is that no one was in line. Eight = 1,2,3,4,5,6…what about 7 and 8?! They forgot to give us our full 8 piece meal. We had to drive back to pick them up and then enjoy our cold meal when we arrived home, UGHHHH! My husband called them to let them know that they got his order wrong and the worker implied that my husband was lying. My advice is to make sure your order is right before leaving a fast food chain like KFC. One star for the free small drink for waiting patiently. But I would rather have our two pieces of chicken the first time around.

Be sure to set aside 20+ minutes of your time to go to this location because any time of the day that you order something they will tell you it will take 20 + minutes. they dont even offer you any apologies. and they always seem to run out of items on a constant basis. and the workers seemed to be more concerned on talking on their cell phones while working then taking care of the customers.
