Take your time and come by!
Honestly I went to 11 furniture places stretching from Glendale, Pasadena, Highland Park, Arcadia, etc.
I was giving up on searching and was going to go back to online shopping but I came here as my last stop Sunday, 12⁄6 around 5pm.
I was greeted promptly and courteous and they totally found my ideal couch and ideal price! It really seemed to good to be true so I was relentless with questions.
Customer service was A++++ store representative professionally was able to juggle several customers at the same time without being rude or undermining anyone.
I got a great deal with the couch I wanted!!!

Look no further! ! This place has the best price and best service. Instead of wasting your time on overstock, amazon or any of the online furniture stores, high end or whole sale, make sure to stop at universal. The staff will make sure to find the piece of furniture you want for the best price. Better then that if you can find it cheaper anywhere they will match and even go under. We decorated our entire condo through Sabo and his crew. Great find.

I allows pass around this store to go to work and now I get in the store because I am moving to new house so i need some new stuff. I walked in to se if they have things i need. The workers are grateful nice service they show all things i asked and i got excellent prises. I like to thank all the people who helped me to satisfy all my needs good job guys

Prices are very reasonable comparing other furniture stores wide selection they have a delivery options rugs oil paintings everything you need for your home and patio. I bought my entire patio and home furniture I got best price in town so don’t hesitate try them and you won’t be disappointed.
