One star doesn’t even begin to tell you how poor the establishment is. This is now the second time I’ve had a 300 $ prescription miscounted, miscounted by 20 pills in a script that should be 30 the worst part is because of the prescription is one that is monitored, so I can’t just get another script filled.
The pharmacy staff doesn’t know how to count pills or answer calls. It makes me wonder if they’re competent to give me the right medication.
Thank you Walgreens pharmacy for messing up my script and making my life debilitated yet again.

I had ordered a portrait online but didn’t like it Devin really helped me fix the portrait and still gave me the discount rate. He was very patient with me and I had a very good customer service experience! I would come here again.

Worst walgreens ever! 1 Rx they said would be ready in 30 mins after 45 I left. Back again and it’s been another 20 in the drive thru! I will be sure to avoid this location in the future

Why does only one of the 5 Pharmacy Staff members wear a name tag?
Why does the Pharmacy Manager not return phone calls when a customer requests to speak to her?
Why does a Pharmacy Tech tell you your Physician «DENIED» your refill when in fact that did NOT happen?

The other day I needed some cough syrup and nothing else. Park right by the front door, in, find what I want easy, pleasant check out, and I’m back on the road. In the 10 years this store has been on one of the optional paths home I’ve stopped in a half dozen times. Always for one or two items like cold medicine or a greeting card. The store has always been labeled well so I can find the correct aisle quickly.

Hands down the best pharmacy staff in the glendale area. They are knowledgable and efficient. They do flu shots. The store has tons of stuff that you don’t need. I love that Walgreens lets you upload photos and have them printed so you can just swing by pick up and pay. Good soda and snack selection if you are being bad on that diet.
