Accurate Inspections

Mike Verlingo was an awesome inspector! I’m buying a house, and he was recommended by my realtor. He did not disappoint. Not only did he come out on short notice, but he did a very thorough and professional job. He found several small problems with the house and had recommendations for DIY fixes and professionals in my area who specialized in those particular repairs. He was approachable and friendly. I received his report on the same day! The home I’m purchasing was previously in escrow with another buyer. I was able to obtain a copy of the first inspection. It doesn’t compare to Mike’s. Mike’s report was outlined much more clearly and was easy to read. His prices were very reasonable compared to other local inspectors. You won’t be disappointed with him. He’s clearly knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Mike!
