I LOVE salon Cache in Glendora! I am extremely picky about who I go to for my hair because it is very long and bright red and I’ve had bad experiences in the past with the other salons around Glendora. Then a friend recommended Salon Cache to me and ever since I first walked in there I haven’t gone any place else since. Every staff member there is warm, inviting and so friendly. They also have a really nice coffee maker with cute cups (that are porcelain not plastic or styrofoam), along with comfortable chairs, a warm atmosphere and a clean appearance. There is a woman there who does nails also and the hair/​nail utensils are always clean and sanitized. The owner, Norma, is the woman who does my hair and she is AMAZING at what she does, she is truly talented and you can tell she has experience. I have gone to cosmetology school myself so I definitely know a good hairdresser from a bad one. And Norma is the best at doing any kind of cut or color, not just red. And the price is exceptionally reasonable, especially for how long my hair is. So ladies, if you’re looking for a good salon with skilled and friendly hairdressers, please take my word and visit Salon Cache in Glendora!!!

I love Cache and have been going there for about 5 years now. Norma is amazing and my hair always looks great no matter what she does.

At my last visit, I decided that I would not return because I felt that the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was yelling and cussing and complaining about someone who had wronged her, she would not let up about it and she was bring all us patrons (strangers) into her conversation. I understand salons are full of gossip and hen house talk, but this was down right bashing!

Jennifer who does my hair is awesome! She is quick and always does a great job! She can always squeeze me in for an appointment when she knows i need a touch up or complete hair re-​hab! Salon is not so big you get lost trying to find the bathroom and totally not pretentious! Win win! Thanks Jennifer

I had the chance to get my hair cut from Karina on my visit to Miami in December. Although she is based out of Cache Salon, She was in town for a week. My 3 sisters and mother recommended I come for a cut and I took advantage of the opportunity. Karina has an amazing personality, is honest and is very talented. She was very sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable with my choice for a new look… so I cut my extremely long hair to a sexy mid back with layers and bangs. It feels amazing, I love the cut! If you are in the Miami Area find out her schedule, she’s amazing! Thanks Karina!

I can’t say enough about my hairdresser, Karina! She is amazing. I came to her with unruly curly hair and she has transformed it completely. Starting with the cut… she definitely knows what she is doing when it comes to curly hair. My hair would not grow past a certain length, and regular visits with Karina, her magical hands and scissors, I have grown my hair and have had many beautiful styles to go with it. Karina is also a genius when it comes to color. She whips up these colors that are flattering to any person and has made my choice of reds fun and exciting! Finally, my favorite part about being with Karina is her personality. She is friendly, funny, and caring. She takes the time to get to know her clients and listen to what the client says. I love going to see Karina and feeling like a queen by the time I leave the chair… because that’s how she makes me feel!!! YOUR AWESOME, KARINA!!!

I love this salon! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Tatiana is great. She is very honest and makes you feel like a VIP client. She listens to your requests and does exactly what you ask. I’m using her for my upcoming wedding and her trial hairstyle was so good we both teared up. And if you are planning on ever having your makeup done, Kristin is the one to go to. Her makeup is beautiful and natural. Again, I’m using her for my wedding but would definitely use her for any occasion.

I first came to Cache salon to have a trial hairstyle for my wedding a little over a year ago. That was when I found my new stylist Tatiana. She is awesome! I have been coming to her for almost a year and a half and I have never been disappointed. I always like to try new colors and styles and she has no problem giving me the results I am looking for, and she will always make suggestions when I am indecisive, and I always love the results.
On top of all this, the staff here is always friendly and welcoming. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend Tatiana to anyone in a heartbeat!
Just as a side note… one of the previous reviews talks about Mary and she no longer works there.

I see Tatiana at this salon and love her. She not only does my hair but also my 3yr old sons. She has kids of her own and does really well with him. I get color and highlights (to help cover the gray) and I like how she cuts and styles my hair.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I’ve been going to Cache for about 3 years now, on a friends recommendation. I live in Downey, so it’s a little distance, but well worth it for me. David is my stylist, he was the first person to have put highlights in my hair, & I’ve had them ever since.
This time I took a picture of myself after he was done, & received so many compliments of wow, looking good, etc, etc.
David is very soft & gentle & listens to your needs. He works with you no matter what you bring him… lol

I wanted to like this place, I really did. I went there 3 or more times just to try and prove myself wrong… without success.
Every time I go in there I describe kind of what I want and either they said that it couldn’t really be done, or it came out looking nothing like I wanted it.
When it comes to hair, the most important thing in choosing a stylist is communication. I felt that all the times I was there, the stylists didn’t really understand what I wanted and did what THEY thought I wanted.
Oh, I almost forgot. The last time I was there, I asked Mary, my stylist, for «peek a boo» type highlights. Ones that were noticeable but were kind of hidden under the hair so it didn’t require so much upkeep. $ 100 later and I ended up having «peek-​a-​boos» that were ONLY noticeable when I put my hair in a pony tail.
Needless to say, I won’t be coming back here

Went here on a friends recommendation– I personally love her hair cut, highlights, style.
I no longer live in Irvine, so even though I adore Mindi from MK, the drive and trying to find time isn’t as easy anymore.
I NEED to find a stylist that KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS Asian hair. not one that «claims» or is «familiar» with. They can toot their own horn all they want. I NEED results.
Well, I was recommended to this salon by my friend. and I said fine, okay.
NOT please at all. The color is nice. but to be honest. I can get the same results from a DIY kit.
The chemical smell was sooo strong (to the point where my eyes were streaming). and she managed to get most of the color on my face. even with smearing that jelly stuff along my hairline.
Then she bounced for an hour (?) –No magazine, nothing. So alone I sat. in a chair. with a shower cap on my head… alone… w/​o reading material. and no one to check up on me. smelling like a chemical wasteland.
Cut: I asked for a long A-​line (I just wanted to remove my fried ends). I end up with a shag cut. she thins out my hair (I have thick hair)… and does it in a way where I now have thick on top. and thinned on bottom. a mullet (again, sigh).
I paid $ 95.00 for the C/​C combo… I honestly think it was overpriced.
I can’t really wear my hair in pigtails. or a ponytail. All I can do is clip it up (with the small clips. like a 7^th grader). otherwise chunky layers fall in my face.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. Living in Orange County you have a very wide selection of hair salons to go to however, my hairstylist/​colorist Kristen Palkovic is AMAZING. So amazing that I am willing to make the 25 –60 minute drive whenever I require her services.
Every time I leave my hair looks beautiful and stays beautiful because she cares about her client’s hair. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions she is all ears and will listen to what you have to say and suggest options appropriately. She won’t just do whatever SHE thinks is right for your hair, she will work with you, and I think that is a very admirable quality in a stylist.
The salon itself is really cute, a small unique spot with plenty of different stylists to chose from. Every time I have been there the other people working have been very polite and helpful. I tend to be a people watcher of sorts and whenever the other stylists are coloring/​cutting/​styling other client’s hair I am definitely impressed.
I would (and do) recommend this place to people it is just quite unfortunate that not enough people are willing to drive like I am for a quality hair stylist.
