The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, a chubby lady who might be the manager just had a horrible attitude, and was extremely rude not only towards customers, but towards her own employees as well. I’d rather drive a couple extra miles to another location where I can get a decent customer service. STAY AWAY!

I love this location, best service, always so clean and their ice cream is the best! I Always leave happy :)

Always great, loved their butter pecan ice cream, it was nice that she gave us a sample first. Always polite excellent customer service and if you sign up in the shop they give 3% of your purchase to the school district. Thank you.

Best cold stone I’ve been to! There are so many flavors of ice cream and a million mix ins! The guy working there (Anthony) was extremely sweet and even put a little cherry on top of my ice cream. Seriously, this place is a thousand times better than any other cold stone I’ve been to!

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and no one was there to say hello. When someone did come out from the back I felt rushed to select an order. I gave a description of what I was looking for (rocky road) but service wasn’t friendly or memorable. Doesn’t seem like a nice place to hang out, ice cream wasn’t particularly remarkable (it was literally chocolate ice cream with a few marshmallows mixed in). Only OK if you’re really close by and have a cold stone craving.

Recently had a desire for Ice Cream and decided to see what Cold Stone was about since I hadn’t been there in some time and I had prefer Golden Spoons yogurt as of late. I found that the quality of the store and product had become very poor since I last bought from this store. I guess I’ll stick with other places. Like others noted the cost is really high or ice cream and management is pretty bad.

I ordered a cake from here last minute (24 hrs) and the lady who answered the phone said she’d start making it special order right away. The customer service was awesome, cake was beautiful and everybody loved it !

This place hasn’t really changed since it opened when I was in high school. I’ve been lucky enough to go on nights where there were no lines, but even then the service was pretty slow. It’s been friendly the past few times, which is a plus, but it’s been slow. Hello? there’s only two or three us in the whole store and it’s slow? Ugh, I’m not there to hang out and I’m never really in a hurry but still. Yes, the ice cream is on the expensive side but you get to create your own flavor tailored exactly to what you’re feeling at that moment. That’s what’s great about Cold Stone; when I’m not in the mood for my favorite pint of Ben and Jerry’s I’ll get creative and go to Cold Stone. If you want cheap ice cream, pick up a gallon at the super market and get all the fixings and mix it yourself. I’m sure it’ll end up costing around the same anyway. I like Cold Stone, but definitely don’t rave about it.

This location is pretty much like all the other locations. Though here there is some times a wait for your ice cream. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your ice cream, though it seems most people take their treats to go. They do have coupons in the local circular often, as well as a punch card, so be sure to get one of those too.

had a coupon and a gift card — took daughter out for some ice cream … i tell ya for average tasting ice cream — this place ain’t cheap if not for the 2 for 1 coupon i can get a gallon of rite aid ice cream some whip cream and hot fudge and i think i’ll still have a few pennies in pocket ice cream for a week instead of one day !

I really don’t get what the fuss is here. I have given this overpriced ice cream three chances. My first custom creation was a flop. But I figured that was my fault. It was the first time in my life that I ate ice cream and didn’t zone out into my own little ice cream trance, blocking out all outside stimulation while moaning over the creamy coldness on my tongue. Hmm. I thought I must suck at designing ice cream flavors and figured small fortune gone to waste.
But I’m a fair trooper and went back and tried the German Chocolate cake in a cute little chocolate dipped waffle cup. Cant go wrong there, right? Wrong. Bland. What the hell? The base ice cream not the greatest. Flavors not the greatest. I had some sort of strawberry blond flavor the third time. meh. All those creations they offer? Baskin, Hagen, or Ben and Jerry’s will have it or something damn close. And I have decided the reason the OTHER ice creams are better is because at least the fun texture and flavor additions have time to «marry» and all the flavors sink into the ice cream a bit and accentuate one another. Cold stone? No time for flavor marriage or even one night stands. Nope.
Ice cream cake. *sigh* While they are more aesthetically pleasing than 31 Flavors with the double cake layers, I honestly cannot understand people’s obsession with ice cream cake. Its frozen cake, folks. ?? I would rather have MOIST, SOFT, room temperature cake with custard or Bavarian cream fillings with a scoop of ice cream on the side than my ice cream embedded into frozen solid rock hard dry cake. But I had a b-​day request for this damn cake and when I went to pick up the cake after calling it in the requested flavor the night before. And they didn’t have it. And no offers of any apology discounts if I just took a random flavor on hand. Hmmph.
