The bootcamp class is definitely the best workout. Joni the instructor/owner is an amazing woman and has a great talent for what she does. The bootcamp class is three days a week for about an hour. I have been going for several months now; I love the way I feel and can see a drastic difference in my body. I have lost 8 inches around my waist!!! I had a baby about a year ago and thought my body would never go back to the way it was. I’m not quite there yet but I’m sure with a few more months and better diet I will be. Joni even encourages a better diet and has the class turn in weekly food logs to her. The other day she brought in boxes of Special K cereal and makes us low calorie recipe cards for us to take home. How sweet is that? She goes the extra mile to make her class unique and fun. She has a pole fitness class that I’ve been dying to try! It’s so nice to have this gym in the area that offers these unique classes. I can’t wait to do an update review to tell you how much I’ve lost!
