Best homemade Chinese food I have tried within our area. The restaurant is quaint, but the food speaks for itself. The entrees my husband and I truly enjoy are the chow mein, orange chicken, and the Mongolian beef.

Ordered the chicken fried rice while waiting for my doctor. I was amazed at how delicious it was. Reasonably priced. My only peeve is that you have to spend $ 15 or more to use your debit card. They still get 5 stars though because the food is delicious and service was fast and friendly! Yummy!!!

Great Prices !! Great Food served super fresh and Hot by the owner’s Mom and Dad who rock the Wok !!! Tell them what you want extra in the meal and they are happy to oblige. The eatery environment is plain and quaint. So, If they Add more ambience — Be ready for menu priced to go up. They make terrific Pork Fried rice. Tell them to add 2 — extra eggs — it’s YummyLicious !! Fred Covina CA

Come check this little whole in the wall place out. Mom and pop cooks in the back and daughter runs the front. Food is always fresh and the family that runs it are very nice. Price are really good.

I came here for lunch since it had such great reviews on Unilocal. It smelled, it looked filthy, but Unilocal reviewers says look past that. The food is great, reviewers said. I ordered a boba Thai tea and drank it, unimpressed. The Boba seemed old and the drink tasted like sugar water. Ok, the food will be good, that’s what Unilocal told me, I said to myself. I took a bite out of my beef and broccoli… it had no flavor… then an ant crawled out from under my rice and continued on its merry way around my plate. Gross. I lost my appetite. The place is beyond filthy and the food isn’t even that good. Customer service however, was good. I went and it looked like the only two workers was a grandma and her daughter. I felt bad so I just paid for my barely eaten food and left. I just hope I don’t get the runs later today.

It’s a little«hole in the wall» sit down restaurant. Don’t let the looks fool you. Everything on their menu is always cooked fresh and a great place to get the most out of your dollar. Everyone who I recommended to this place has been going ever since. At the end of the day, I’d rather give my money to small business who truly deserve it for their craft such as kiwi café.

Good was good. Service was horrible. Even take out orders have to wait forever. If it was quicker, I’d give it 5 stars

This place is the go to Chinese restaurant when we are lazy to drive far. It is just around the corner from my place. The staff is very friendly and food is great. My family and I have been coming here for 10+ years so that’s have to say something about this place.

I came into Kiwi on Monday and was quite happy that I did. Kiwi is tucked away in the corner of an otherwise dead corporate strip mall, but once you’re inside, you’ll be in store for a good meal. I ended up ordering the pepper pork chop plus the egg roll and egg soup for $ 1.50 more. The egg soup was the best I’ve ever had. It actually tasted like egg! The egg roll was good as well since it was fried up to perfection. The pork was was really tasty. It came with a side of chow mein which was also on point. Everything that I had was totally delicious and really cheap. For a complete meal, I spent $ 9. You can’t find food this fresh and good for that amount of money. I never knew Kiwi existed, but now that I know it’s there, I will definitely be stopping in again!

Can’t beat the prices. Food was good. It’s very mom and pop. Service is very slow and the more people in your party, the slower they are. It’s not a complaint. It’s a warning. Don’t come with the expectation of Panda Express. Quality takes time. Love the Cantonese steak and broccoli. The fried rice was also very good. If you want a good deal their lunch combo can’t be beat.

Orange chicken! Garlic chicken! Curry chicken! So good. I felt like I was going to bust but I kept on eating.
