The food is good, service is fast, but that girl Nicole looks really intimidating but I thinks that’s cause of her eyebrows.

My first and last visit to Panda Express. The shrimp tasted okay, however, had a gummy type texture. The rice and noodles were simply okay. The establishment was clean, had a couple of sports games playing and wasn’t too noisy. There were a few girls working the front area and one older gentleman. The older gentleman smiled quite often, yet, while I was there, the girls did not, at all! I’m quite fond of Walnut Shrimp and other Chinese cuisine. Therefore, if you want some of the best around(especially Walnut Shrimp) go try it and other dishes at «Couwami» located at 437 S. Azusa Ave., Azusa. You won’t be disappointed!

Pretty good quick stop. We usually drive thru order. They’re quick to serve our food and we are on our way. Customer service is usually good. My only complaint is that recently the honey walnut shrimp seems to have very little glaze on it which results in less flavor. Other than that, I like the place and visit often since its near home.

We usually use the drive thru for a quick dinner to take home. Panda has always been pretty consistent and our order is pretty consistent. Orange chicken, broccoli beef, and chow mien for the family. Obviously it’s not a high end dining experience but it does what it does well. Food has always been tasty and the staff is friendly.

My mom and I eat here pretty regularly. This time my mom held the tray and because of that she accidentally threw away her credit card! Of course when we realized that was the case we went back to see if they could help us find it in the trash. Elayne was a total lifesaver! She put on gloves and dug through the trash until we found the card. She was so sweet and we really appreciate it!

I’ve been a long time lurker of Unilocal.Utilizing it since the early 2000s but never bothered to create an account to write reviews because of chronic laziness. Why does this mundane fast-food place deserve my cherry-popping review? There is no grand reason, other than the quality and professionalism of this particular location. This is my go-to spot when my family and I are too lazy to drive out west for authentic Asian food. The inside is always spotless, and more clean than any other Pandas I’ve visited, and both the dine-in and drive-thru workers provide super good and fast service. They don’t skimp out on the portion, and I always have no problem using the back of my receipt for a free 3rd entrée, unlike most other Pandas(ahem looking at you Pasadena and Azusa.) that has long lines, stingy portions, and workers who don’t care. Most importantly, the people who work there are REALLY nice(with the exception of the female Asian manager, who’s not too friendly). The rest of the workers here are always very courteous and always greet customers with a big smile. They have never messed up my order, and are always moving things quickly along the line as they can. As for the food, I can say that this Panda has the most consistent taste and and fresh quality. Now I moved and no longer visit this Panda as frequently. But whenever I am nearby and get a Panda craving then this is the spot!

Place is clean and organized. The customer service is great; however, the food is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is fresh and sometimes it is chewy etc. Good for a not too hungry spot.

Perfect comfort food. Shrimp with walnut is a must and it is one our favorite. You gotta have the orange chicken. Vegetable are pretty fresh. Staff are always pretty good with customers. Recommend this place for a good quick meal.

No more panda express NOTAGAIN! Last night me and wife went to panda express around 9:00. Its been years that we had panda express food, we were excited to try it. Our order was kung pao chicken, black pepper chicken, fried rice and chow mein. The food was greasy, too much sauce on the chicken and the rice was chewy like it wasn’t cooked fully. We didn’t complete the plate. That night my wife had stomach upset and my stomach was very uncomfortable like it was fighting to digest it. I had better panda express food earlier, but this time the quality of the food went downhill.

Went in on a wednesday afternoon at 3:45pm. Place is clean, was requesting food to go. I ordered a 3 item plate. Orange chicken wasn’t that fresh, the sauce had been absorbed. Rice was good, chow mein was good too, although, its hard to mess that up. Beijing Beef was the same as the orange chicken. No spice. The honey walnut shrimp was the freshest dish. I will give this location another try, because the customer service was above par, thanks to Michael for helping me.

Good food, attentive and pleasant staff. My wife and I drove up during the Saturday lunch rush. She uses a walker, and I dropped her off at the front door and drove off to park the vehicle. The staff member that was wiping down tables saw her and went out of their way to open and hold the door for her. Later, after we got our food I had to go back to the cashier and ask her to have someone wipe down a table for us. My wife ordered white rice, a double of orange chicken, and egg rolls. My order was chow mein, beef and broccoli, and mushroom chicken. They were out of the b&b and said that they would bring it to our table. They did, and in under 10 minutes. I’m not going to dock the store a star for either one of those as I’ve been on their side of the apron and know how rushed you can get during weekend lunchtime. Only gripe is that the parking lot could be bigger. If you are going there on a weekend noon or evening or a weekday lunch it would help if you can carpool. But we are definitely going back! PS If your friends aren’t into Chinese, well, next door is a Habit burger and a Jersey Mikes sub sandwich.

Very disappointed with the food. Service was fast but not going there again. Chow mein tasted like fried ramen noodles and the fried rice was hard and tasteless. Update: today my wife and I are both sick severe stomach cramps. Forgot to mention the peppers in the kung pao chicken were completely black. Thankfully my kids who love Chinese wouldn’t come close to this food. Never again!

I went in today and was feeling fine. I ordered the orange chicken. After my meal, my head was pounding in pain and I started throwing up. I must have gotten food poisoning. It ruined my whole day being confined to my bed unable to stand. My friend was disappointed with her Kung Pao Chicken. The fire roasted red peppers were burnt black which made the whole dish completely lose its flavor. No thanks, Panda Express. Never again.

Seriously… When this«Liz» person takes order(although the receipt indicated she got it right), they mess up the orders. When tried with other people, they never mess up the orders… Why is it so hard to get the correct order???

You deserve every bit of this itsy bitsy one star. Wasn’t that hungry, but my Unilocal friends were. They all got their orders and the guy that was helping them, looked at me said he gotta go and ran to the back. OK… maybe I looked like a hobo to him… but what was with that??? Then the two little ladies just kept chit chatting without regard to me. Chatting or fighting… but they were loud?
So I got their attention and asked for a small bowl of their firecracker chicken. She insidted on the rice to be with it for two dollars more. After the sixth time, I asked, «Can’t I have it my way(NOTYOURWAY) with«NORICE?» Finally, she gets it ready. A very small bowl, with small pieces of chicken that were somewhat cold and some that was a little hotter. Now this was small for almost $ 4.00. The tables we first tried to sit at were dirty with small pieces of rice and noodles on the floor. They were hard to see at first because they blended in with the colors of the table. But when you run your hand across the table… eeeeuuuuwww…I could feel it stick to my hand. Gross… B-line for the restroom to clean hands. Finally found a clean table. The food did not look that presentable in the bowls they served the food out of. It was overpriced for the quanity as well as the quality of the food, The service was less than satisfactory. While most of the tables appeared to look clean at a distance, upon closer inspection they were filthy dirty. Thanks…but no thanks… See ya…

Drove through today(haven’t been in a drive they in ages!) and got home with my food only to find 1) it was cold and 2) there was a hair wrapped around the orange chicken… A long hair. Didn’t eat it. Called to complain. No one picked up the phone. Terrible service; awful product. Not driving through anyplace for awhile now. Ew.

Why do I always come back to the non authentic food? I’ll tell you why. Cause the non authentic food is the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiet! Hmm… I don’t know what other people are talking about. All the times that I’ve been here, I’ve had pretty decent service. For instance, yesterday, I asked if the eggplant tofu had meat in it. A simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ would’ve been fine with me. But the person helping me went to make sure with the manager. Went the extra mile to find out. And the manager even asked if I wanted more chow mein in my order(you know I had to say yes). The food is pretty good. Not bad for fast food. Chow Mein, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef Broccoli, Eggplant Tofu, something jumbo shrimp(I forgot what it was called). Haven’t been disappointed with the food yet. The only down side with panda express is that it is pricey. And they don’t give that much food for the price. Will I be back? Yeeahh. Cause the non authentic asian food is the shiiiiiiiiiiiet!
