I love this place, came in 20 minutes before closing and they were still super nice and got everything ready for us. They weren’t hella mean and rude because we came in before closing. They were fun, made sure we had a good time and everything was too our liking. Really wonderful service! I will suggest to others! Thank you for the wonderful service and great food!

The worst experience ever at this location. First off the app and website were not working. Finally was able to order as a guest through their website. Went to pick up my order not all of it was there so I said I have to come back. When I came Back I had to wait for them to complete another persons order. Then when we went to eat one of the sandwiches it had 2 hairs in it. Horrible, I will never use this location again.

Always has a friendly staff working. Jonathan, Sabrina, and Scott are very friendly and inviting. This is my go to sandwich shop in San Dimas because the food is good and people are awesome. My sandwich is the #8 Club Sub on wheat. In my opinion the food is slightly more expensive than the average sandwich shop but you get what you pay for. Plus good service is something I’m willing to pay for. Keep up the great work guys!

Let me start by saying I love Jersey Mike’s however, this particular location is the worst hands down. Every time I go no matter what time of the day or night the veggies look like death! The lettuce is brown and rest of the veggies look stale and old like it’s been sitting there for centuries! When I ask for new lettuce the girl brings out new lettuce and piles the old stale brown lettuce on top. Now maybe she’s comfortable eating old brown lettuce but I come to Jersey Mikes to get a fresh sandwich and good customer service. When I turned around abruptly to leave she called herself taunting me by saying have a nice day like four times in a row. Miss I was having a nice day and continued to have a nice day as I drove over to Capriotti’s and received excellent customer service and a fresh sandwich with fresh veggies! My friend tried to warn me about this location but I didn’t listen. I will never return to this location! Whenever I’m in this area I will go to Capriotti’s or even subway instead!

Notmally I would rave about Jersey Mike’s. Their sandwiches are by far some of the best subs I have gotten, but today the service at the San Dimas location left a sour taste in my mouth. I felt rushed to hurry and finish my transaction and my sub hadn’t even been made. It seemed as if all they cared about was pushing me out the door. I don’t know if I will return to this particular location in the future, especially if this is the standard of service one can expect. One would think the employees would prefer to have their customers leave happy, but I guess that is not the case at this location. It would seem that they are more concerned with how fast they can get customers out the door.

Unless you plan on paying cash DONOT eat here!!! I had to get a new card because of «suspicious activity» from here the bank says. Small amounts of money were taken out each day from this industry location. Hope everyone sees this.

Yesterday was my first time eating at this Jersey Mikes location. Elena took my order. She was very friendly and polite and we had a nice little chat as she made my #7. I always try and give a kind person like Elena props because I know it’s not an easy job. Anyways the sandwich was very good! Elena, keep the positive attitude and the nice smile ok!

Just came 10 mins before they closed and they didn’t want to make me a hot sub because they just finished cleaning the grill. Never coming here again, just because they want to leave early customers have to suffer. Take my business elsewhere and telling my friends on social media.

Our family members were Subway fans until we and others we know got sick on the tuna and roast beef subs a few times at different locations. Then we discovered Jersey Mike’s. Oh man, the freshness of their meats, cheeses, and veggies is remarkable, and their subs are impressive… sooo tasty. They are a little higher in price, but SO worth it. The staff at this location is incredibly friendly, nice, patient, and helpful. I’ve been to a few other J. M’s and in comparison to them and even other dine in/take out places, this particular J. Mike’s has the best of the best working here. I have to give a big thank you to Scott and really all the others(who’s names I didn’t get), because you can tell that they all love working there, care about the customers, and make going to that J. Mike’s a very pleasant experience. This is the only J. Mike’s that I will go to.(P.S., if you’re a senior citizen, ask for the senior discount).

I should have received 18 points on my shore card but the system was down, the girl assured me they would update the points manually and they never did exactly as I suspected; I want my points(especially since the price has risen so dramatically)!

I love this place — go in daily for lunch. The staff and manager always ask how your days going, they always talk to my son when he goes in there too. The staff and manager have always been professional, always are interested in you, as the customer. The food is outstanding. The staff will give you ideas of what you could add to make your sandwich better, if you ask them. Katie, the manager, is always working when I have been in there(which is daily) — she doesn’t have her cell phone out, she doesn’t sit on the table bossing people around, she is behind the counter working with everyone else. I have been in other J Mikes around the area, and yes I work in San Dimas so its easier, but always a pleasure to go into the J Mikes in San Dimas because of the customer service. The place can be packed but they always seem to talk to each customer.

You obviously get fresh deli, fresh everything. They make it the way you like it.(just like the other sandwich restaurants), but the difference is, they slice them when you order it. It’s not pre-cut. Staff is really nice. My only issue is, their sandwiches are a bit pricey.

Love jersey Mike’s sandwiches but I do not like this particular store. I made a purchase using my debit card. and unfortunately the name of this business appears as «LILELUINCSANDIMASCA» which has no indication of it being a sandwich shop. so my bank called me to tell me that i would be getting a new card due to suspicion activity at «LILELUINCSANDIMASCA» i tried to tell them that i made that purchase for that exact price at Jersey Mikes and that it not fraud. but they still canceled my card and now I’m waiting for a new one in the mail so i would try not to use a debit or credit card to make a purchase at this store. They have great sandwiches but doesn’t give that fact that i now have no bank card due to the wrong name being on the merchant/business account.

I ordered online — to go. From when I ordered online … It gave me a «ready time» so I decided to go in 5 mins after the time given to allow ample time for it to be ready since I only take 30 minutes on lunch. Get there — and they«forgot» is what I was told — SMH So today, me and my buddy make a phone order. I told him previous situation so we arrived five mins after the time they gave us. Get there and, NOONE wrote the order down. Manager said we must have called the Glendora store — nope — we called the 909 and Glendora is 626. NOT good for take out.

So glad these guys are here! Now I have a JM close to my abode. And its a good one. Great location right next to Costco off Lone Hill. Today I went in with a coupon from the Covina Quarterly. When I went to use it, I was politely informed I was actually at the San Dimas location and the coup was for the Glendora one. I stupidly forgot about the Glendora one(I think that’s the one up on Barranca/Rte. 66– I always think of that area as Azusa). The manager/owner was kind enough to go ahead and accept it anyway. That, to me, is the 5th star. If you read my reviews you know 2 things: 1. I HATE coupons in general and only rarely have the fortitude to use one and 2. When they are NOT accepted I become livid and immediately think less of that establishment because they have a cheap owner.(What else is he/she scrimping on, then?) No bueno. Sandwiches were all on point: Generous with the meat and cheese, and topping. Fast, courteous, friendly not fake service. Sparkling clean tables and floors. Check it out you will not be sorry.

Fair sandwiches but somewhat expensive. I love how everything was freshly sliced right in front of you and would definitely order Mike’s Way every time. The staff was super friendly and I would go again… as long as I had coupons. Only downsides besides price are the place is Pepsi(personal preference on my part) and the fact Capriotti’s is right across the street, which has just as good if not better sandwiches, at a similar price, with much larger portion sizes. The ‘assemble it in front of you’ gimmick is nice and all… but if they are assembled with love I didn’t quite taste it. Definitely better than the Subway trash but not 50% price premium better.

Move over Subway and Capriotti’s and make way for Jersey Mike’s! I’ve heard about Jersey Mike’s for some time now and was pleasantly surprised that one opened up near me in San Dimas(right across from Costco) on Lone Hill. They just opened a couple days ago this place has been packed ever since. The way they work is similar to subway where you place your order and chose meats, veggies, and sauces when you walk across the glass counter where there’s an assembly line of individuals making each customized sub to your liking. Only exception is that everything is fresh(there’s no processed meat or pre-frozen meats). They slice up a huge slab of meat to your order. Also, they have three sizes of subs available(A Mini is 5″ long, a Regular is 7″ and a Giant is 14−15″). Since I had a coupon for 50% a Giant I decided to try one of their hot subs and went with the Chipotle Cheese Steak. The Chipotle Cheese Steak is a hot sub with grilled onions, peppers, chipotle mayo, and steak. The 15″ sub was more than enough for me to share with another person. The total came out to be around $ 14 and with the 50% coupon I paid around $ 7. Tip* Sign up for their email club and you will be rewarded with a free sub & drink coupon valid for your birthday along with other discounts!
