I just gave up on this subway!!! Not only is their service is bad but every time I want a sandwich they never have the freaking meat that goes with it. Like that new Italian sandwich. I ordered it and notice that the fat chick was loading it up with pepperoni. I asked her what gives and she said it was the only Italian meat they had at the time. I ordered the ham no ham. It was what do they have then??? I just go out of my way to the other subway on the corner of Grand Ave. and Badillo ave. great service great everything. The owner is always on the premises. They always have meat too. I highly recommend it. As for this subway«no bitch I don’t want a 10% discount just because u don’t have any lunch meat». I suggest just close it down for the day if there is no meat. Cause Hello!!! Since when did subway become vegetarian??? Is it cause of the whole jered thing?

Cannot use their restroom! I just popped in for lunch, but desperately needed to use the restroom because I have been out working all day. I must note that I am wearing slacks and a button down Tommy Bahama shirt. On the restroom door located in the customer seating area they have a sign that says: NOPUBLICRESTROOMS. It goes on to say that since they have been on this location since before 1984 they are not required to allow customers to use the restroom. I was certain that this sign was so they could prevent non-customers from abusing the facilities. When I asked if I could I was told«NO». It is obvious that this owner is more concerned about how often they need to clean the toilet, than they are about offering customers a great overall experience.

This store has some great customer service! Always attentive to make sure they give you what you want and enjoying what they do. Management team is doing a great job, no matter what time of day it is this store is always clean!

I had gotten to the point I gave up on this Subway. I would dread every time my son would ask for his beloved tuna sandwich. I would even drive to a less convenient Subway just for better service. Walking in the door felt like we were bothering the workers by ordering a sandwich. The sandwiches were sloppy, thrown together with no care — we’d get a glob of pickles on two inches of a footlong — and good luck getting someone to cut the sandwich all the way through! A couple weeks ago, we stopped in and Panda greeted us with enthusiasm and put together a sandwich with care. I didn’t mind going back a couple nights ago, where again Panda did an exceptional job! He even remembered my son and his footlong tuna on honey oat! If all the employees learned by his example, I would be happy to come here as often as my son requested it!

Finally, Subway is revamping its menu and bringing forth some deliciously exciting and even healthier than its previous slew of boring subs. Of course, you can still get those turkey sandwiches and meatball marinara subs, but now they also carry artisinal chef-inspired subs, such as Autumn Apple Chicken, Roasted Pepper, & Spicy Bacon Steak. Not only that, but they also carry some delicious vegetarian and even a vegan patty made with black beans and other Earth-friendly delights– both of which are maddeningly delicious. I also hear Subway is going organic/non-GMO on several fronts, which means you’ll probably be feeling less bloated after eating their food. Take the survey on the receipt and you get a free cookie on your next visit. Win-win on all sides. Take it from me, the Veggie Patty sub with your choice of veggies & Chipotle sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had at Subway. That, and the BBQ chicken sub are pretty top notch.

Not really a fan, and have not gone to Subway for quite some time considering the other options out their. I would say that my last few years experience have been sold one and two stars. But subway is back on my radar with three stars for their $ 5 sub and Flatizza’s. Kind of weird, but give their Flatizza’s a try. Taste like if you made them at home after school, as a kid but munch better. Its a quick and cheap bite to eat when your on lunch or need something small on the go.

Friendly staff, and in a good location. I was craving a sub, and they satisfied it. They accommodated all of my quirky requests without a blink, and I really appreciate that kind of service. I will most definitely come back to this location if I am in the area. Very clean too, and lots of people coming and going. Some Subways are usually empty, but this one was definitely popping.

I realize that one hung over employee does not a sandwich chain make. I can’t define this franchise by the sloppy assembly of one sad, deflated sandwich. I can’t judge the entire restaurant just because some people don’t consider how the heck you’re supposed eat a sandwich that has been cut crookedly and is oozing the ingredients that were literally just tossed in there. It’s cool, man, I like eating my sandwich in soggy pieces, with my fingers, after digging them out of the folds of the paper that you wrapped into that crooked bread. I guess it just depends on who you get. I’ve gotten amazing sandwiches at this location. I’ve gotten terrible sandwiches at this location. It all evens out.

I love this subway. It’s close to my work, plenty of other shops near by and the bread there is pretty nice. I don’t know if it was me or not but the bread was a little bit bigger than other subways. I must say I will definitely be coming back here a lot more.
