Not a big fan I can honestly say it’s the worst Chinese food I have had. Will never go back.

Food is ok, the egg flowers soup is the only thing I really like. The lady’s are always chitchat in Chinese and it’s rude. Annoying when the fix the plastic bags for the«to-go» food, plastic is so loud and she keep staring at my family when we eat. One good thing the load bunch of sides for a decent price.

To the person who opened their review about preferring Panda Express… You have terrible taste. With that out of the way onto my review. Huge portions, good food, fair price I don’t know what more you could ask for. This is a fast food takeout Chinese place, you don’t go here for find dining. ProTip: It’s not on the menu but the wonton soup is great. Made fresh to order and is one of the most authentic and best tasting things you can get at this restaurant.

It’s so good and wildly inexpensive! I’m here a couple times a year to pick up lunch for my dad. He really enjoys the teriyaki chicken especially and I happen to as well. Sometimes, there’s a language barrier, but the folks that work here are so nice! The food is constantly coming out fresh and they have different serving options, whether you want something small, or something for a big party. I love the rice noodles and sticky white rice. Inside, it’s a little outdated, but that doesn’t overshadow what is a delicious option in San Dimas.

I came here under the suggestion of my friend, who lives close by to Royal Panda. She, a lot likes me, is into off brand Panda Expresses. They tend to be just as good, if not a little better. If I were to just base this review off the food, I would say it’s a little better than Panda Express. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t anywhere near a good. I ordered the Spicy String Bean Chicken and Broccoli Beef, that was served with fried rice and chow mein. I ordered these two entrees, not so much because I wanted them but because they were pretty much my only options. I showed up, 20 minutes before they were about to close. This is not the type of place that caters to the wants and needs of their customers, when they’re ready to close up shop. Even those this was the last of the food, I have to reluctantly admit how good the food was. The service was awful. I get being annoyed when customers are coming in and you just want to leave but every employee there, seemed to hate their and their customer’s existence. very rude and unwelcoming, never mind not providing good customer service by offering other items that they would have to make. There’s a Panda Express right up the street that I would suggest if you’re craving Chinese food and it’s after 7. Trust me, you don’t want to bother these employees with your service if they’re preclosing.

The rudest customer service I have ever received, my friend asked a simple question and was yelled it, the food isn’t even that great very typical fast food, go to panda express down the street much fresher food and nice people

Fast Service. Food is pre-made. The entrees are better than Panda Express. The most food for your money period. The BBQ Pork is an amazing deal at the combo price, especially compared to restaurants that do have BBQ Pork. I used to come here over 20 years ago because they pile a ridiculous amount of food in your box at a really low price, and in 2015 it’s still the same. They also have fountain soda, and cold bottles of Snapple. They are right next to the 57 fwy, Arrow Hwy, on and off ramps behind the Mobil station, so it’s easy to stop by if you’re passing through the 210⁄57 interchange.

This place is okay. Typical Chinese fast food. The workers are loud and chit chatty with each other which could make a dine in experience annoying. Orange chicken, broccoli beef, some veggie and shrimp options. They also have standard chow mein and fried rice, but they also have fried vermicelli noodles. They also have soups like Hot and Sour and Wor Wonton. I like the wor wonton here. The only con is that they do not have sriracha here, only the sambal oelek sauce(chili with garlic and seeds) Accepts Debit/Visa/Mastercard.

Fast Chinese food, what more is there to say. It’s pretty good for fast Chinese food, service is good, so long as you aren’t rude or demanding. I especially like the Mongolian beef and the rice noodles. Their iced tea is also a great pick me up in the afternoon. Prices are fair, which is why I’m always here for lunch.

Keep in mind, this is a fast food Chinese food. The food is already pre-cooked. You get in line, and they have one or two servers. So, I’m in line waiting to be served. The customer that’s being served in front of me, was picking out the items for her order. During this time, the guy helping her, stopped what he was doing to help a co-worker. No big deal, right? ok, but then it’s my turn, and I have 3 orders. This time, I have a female server helping me, she stopped what she was doing(taking my order) and helped out another customer. Now, that was rude! She can at least say«I was helping her earlier, and the food she was waiting for is ready». I would totally be okay with that. No problem. But, at least say something, anything, like: «excuse me, will you wait, i’m sorry…»… nothing! After she left, another server came to continue my order. He placed a spoon full of chicken teriyaki. then took some out of my plate and back to their tray. Stingy! I was surprised. Wow, those two extra pieces was placed back, because he assumed he put too much food on my plate. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Besides being rude, stingy, and horrible service… The food is edible.

Thank you but no thank you! This place is no where near being good. I dislike panda express but would much rather eat there! Cons: chow mein, bland. Fried rice, bland and cold. Orange chicken, cold and tasted like it was not cooked all the way. And most importantly, i asked if they had sriracha, the lady said yess. Then gave me their hot sauce nothing close to srirach. Pros: none.
