One Stop has being managing my property for three years. I can recommend to anyone that is looking for a management property to deal with there properties. They are good at returning your calls and keeping you update. Not once have I had a problem with them.

I was a renter for almost three years. I would have stayed longer if it hadn’t been for this property management company. They took days to respond to maintenance calls, and I only called when it was something I couldn’t handle myself. We had a plumbing problem as the house is old with very old pipes. The sinks/bathtubs/toilets backed up at least once every couple of months. It was a Sunday afternoon and I called the 24 hour line and after waiting hours and getting no response I finally called a plumber on my own. They wouldn’t reimburse me for this since it wasn’t «pre-approved.» I took excellent care of the house, paid for a lot of repairs on my out of my own pocket, never late on rent and they treated me like I was a bad tenant. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that they wouldn’t take care of. They said it wasn’t harmful. Owners, you will lose good tenants by using this company.

One Stop Property Management is the worst property management company. They took rent from our renters and did not pay us. I had to fight to get paid. Their records are shoddy and they removed an appliance from our rental home and then said they lost it. We had to buy a new appliance due to their incompetence. They are non responsive to both renters and owners. If you value your property do not under any circumstance use One Stop Property Management.

I utilized One Stop Property Management to assist in renting out my property. BEWARE Phil Jimenez and One Stop Property Management are criminals! Their unethical behavior has caused both tenants and I stress through their deception, dishonesty, and lack of follow up. Phil has lied countlessly stating rental checks were mailed and his accountant has corrected the bookkeeping issues. However these checks were never sent and he made excuses such as delay in getting in the mail, system error, and bookkeeper. He blatantly lied stating the tenants did not make any payments. Without any doubt Phil and One Stop Property Management were floating the funds for his personal use. I spoke to the tenants who expressed similar concerns and issues. He promised my tenants many things which he never communicated with me. They also shared that they provided Phil a $ 7k cashiers check. They reached out to him regarding the status, which he deceptively denied receiving it. Phil was clearly trying steal the proceeds. My numerous calls were left unanswered and was given excuses by the personnel. Phil agreed it was his error and will correct the issue. Understandably the tenants cancelled their contract. The tenants and I have fallen victim to his scheme. As of today, I have not received the remaining balance owed to me which I am in the process of taking him to court.
